Very roomy, staff were very accommodating, let us check in earlier from a very long trip and Mary Lou was very friendly. I left something behind and Tess followed it up and rang me after she retrieved it. Ver efficient and friendly staff.

Just a suggestion the palm tree at the front needs to be trimmed, since it was windy days that we stayed there, the palm fronds kept brushing against the window grill, it's worst in the dead of the night

The location was just right The set up of bed rooms up stairs.

The shower was a little dangerous getting out of as it was a bit too high. No hand rail for guidance.

The villa was clean. The staff we’re very accomodating and the games area and pool were fabulous! Free games made our kids very happy.

Free Laundry in the appartment, Pool, heated jacuzzi, great kitchen, very spacious, spotless Clean.

Pool was cleaned in the morning but Had leaves and a few Bugs in the evening in it, nothing Major but cant think of anything Else to improve.

The facilities are fantastic. Pool and games room clean and fun for all. Rooms were really spacious over the 2 levels.

Rooms could have been cleaner, stair rail found sticky and cups dirty.

we liked that the unit had a full kitchen. the weather was bad while we stayed so I could cook instead of going out. Netflix on one tv.

heated pool and spa made such a difference to keeping children busy and parents relaxed. our room was easy access to the pool and the games room. it wasn’t so busy either so hardly ever shared the pool/spa. spacious apartments and good layout. close to the beach and other points of interest. great to have smart tv to play own Netflix on. gate on top of the stairs is practical and peace of mind

the spiral stairs are narrow for some so be mindful of this.
