Location handle for me.

Haven't share a bathroom. No fridge

Great location & wonderful old house . I wanted to upgrade room and the receptionist was super efficient and made it happen

My friend advised her bed was hard (but each to their own) minor concern that there was no coffee table in lounge toy place my cup of tea 🙂

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and peaceful ambiance of the Lodge. The room was spacious, the living area and kitchen very well laid out, the pool was nice and the spa tub lovely to slide into and relaxing. Warkworth town was a short walk away with nice shops and cafes.

car parking was limited and very tight

The bathroom sink was a little small to brush my teeth in.

Off street parking and friendly staff

Quite run down, spa was full of dirt. Most windows were broken in room. Photos were quite old compared to actual state of lodge

I liked the place being dog friendly and it was great to stay somewhere and have communal places to hang out with friends.

Fantastic place to stay. Spacious shared facilities and everything was clean and tidy. The pool was a hit with the kids. Walking distance to everything we needed. Michelle the manager was fantastic - very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed - thank you!

The bed we had was a little too hard for me personally and the pillows a little to thin, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

The mould on terylenes and the drawer for cutlery nearly on floor, TV not user friendly, manager didn't know how to use it, said she didn't watch TV. Flush for toilet was stuck and she said she wasn't a plumber. Said she was away for 6 months, and owners were on holiday. Her brother had just passed away. I had asthma attack with mould. Moved to another unit, okay, but some of the same fit out. Single chairs took up lots of space, and didn't sit at Metal table and chairs because of rust. Parking very tight, someone turning just about came thru the front door, and knocked a large pot!!! Manager told us to ring bell if we needed anything, and when my husband did for the w. c. Problem she was not impressed.
