This beautiful townhome, was exactly as described!
Everything about it was perfect.
The cleanest home we have rented.
Also, it has almost everything needed for cooking.
That was a first.
The owner, Jennifer, was very accommodating.
I would love to stay here again.

There are so many wonderful aspects to this property, there isn’t enough room to extoll its many virtues or the quick responsiveness and generous thoughtfulness of its super hostess, Jennifer! Large comfy family room with a beautiful artistic décor that complements the natural Utah vibe – take some time to look around, you’ll see beautiful little accents around every turn. All the creature comforts of home, washer/dryer, dish washer, garbage disposal, double oven - this kitchen is better stocked with utensils than my own - and if you don’t see something you want, keep looking, it’s bound to be there. Three full bathrooms, two bedrooms (one with master bath with jetted tub), and a day bed on the first landing that could easily be a third sleeping area. I have to take a moment to talk about the beds – Most Comfortable Mattress Ever! I slept for 8 hours straight for the first time in many years, as did my husband. And the crème de la crème – the hot tub. It has different jets at each corner and side, and it’s private, right outside the back sliding glass door, with views to soothe the mind while the jets massage the body. After hiking or skiing, it’s the perfect way to end the day, or get reinvigorated for a night of dinner, dancing, drinks, in the city or at one of the fantastic restaurants in the many nearby canyons. Thank You Thank You Thank You, Jennifer, for providing a little bit of Shangri-La where you can actually have that memorable vacation that you always hoped for!

Overall, condo has a great layout with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, there was high-speed internet which was helpful when I was working remotely, and nice outdoor hot tub which was great after a day in the mountains. Excellent communication with the owners and checking in/out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this condo and its location to big and little cottonwood canyon and the several restaurants in the area.

Super clean, well stocked kitchen, great location, close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons for summer drives up the mountains.. Hot tub a bonus. Perfect for our needs. Easy to check in/out, host available by phone or email.

cotton wood heights gem
great condo, well stocked and organized and great location. check in and check out process was really smooth. owner is on it. there are some stairs so as long as you don't mind the stairs it is a great place to stay.

Very comfortable, well equipped condo at the base of the Cottonwood Canyons. We really appreciated having the garage for our vehicle and gear. The hot tub was great bonus after a day of skiing. We would definitely consider staying here again, if available.

I had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The house is very well done and cared for. The jetted tub in the master bath is heaven and the private, quiet location is ideal. There is a very secluded hot tub on the back patio and you will wake up with beautiful views of the mountains. I’m so glad I chose this location and the host is awesome. Jennifer was very attentive and responsive. She has provided detailed notes throughout the house that I really appreciated.
There is one parking space in the garage and other guest parking not far away from the front door. I rented a Lexus QX80 and was able to fit it in the garage with ample room to open the doors fully when getting out. I don’t think anything larger than this vehicle will fit as I had to fold the side mirrors to get in without damaging the property. The location is great. I was a few miles from Mt. Olympus, and it only took me around 20 minutes to get downtown daily where my conference was located. You won’t regret making this reservation.
Also, check the pantry before you go shopping. There are quite a few spices available and the refrigerator has many condiments. The kitchen is fully stocked with an array of pots, pans, several sets of dishes, a Keurig, and other electronic cooking devices.
The beds are extra comfortable. These are premium mattresses and linens, not the 5” foam mattresses a lot of vacation homes are using. The mattress in the master has to be 12” and was very comfortable on the firmer side. I would stay here again with no hesitation. It felt like home, and I honestly didn’t want to leave! The Wi-Fi signal is strong, and the cell reception was great. I just can’t say enough about the place or the owners. Go ahead and hit “reserve”!

Wonderful getaway
Had a great vacation at this rental. It was clean, convenient to many areas to visit, and we were even given tips on places to eat! The bed was wonderful and loved both the jetted tub inside and the hot tub outside. Even got a little exercise getting up to the bedroom everyday- lol. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was a wonderful host.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful Stay. The condo was perfect with a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. Hot tub was great after snowboarding! Location location!! Jennifer was very hands on and communicated great.

Fabulous
This property was a fabulous place to stay. The Remodel was done very professionally and decorations make you feel you are at a ski lodge. The location was also Excellent being at the bottom of Big Cottonwood Canyon and and Little Cottonwood Canyon. The property manage was wonderful and attentive to your comfort and entire stay!

I primarily visit Utah for snowboarding and try to be as close to Little Cottonwood and Big Cottonwood canyons as possible. This condo was perfectly situated to easily access both. Additionally all of the local Cottonwood Heights amenities, including grocery stores, the liquor store, banks, restaurants, even the hardware store, are within a five minute drive.
The condo itself is very well maintained and the new bathroom upgrades were very well done. It has a one car garage that even fit my full size rental Tahoe. The hot tub was likewise kept very clean and the gas fireplace helped to keep things toasty.
I was very satisfied with my stay and with the property manager, who was very responsive to any and all needs and questions.

I booked the 2/2 #327087 however the day prior to arrival, the owner upgraded us to the 4/4 #142268 in the same complex, due to a construction issue. The 4/4 unit was very clean and well-organized. Every consideration was made in decorating and stocking this unit, resulting in a very special getaway for my husband and I. The location is conveniently located near the Cottonwood Canyons, but also has easy access to the 215 Beltway as well as local restaurants, stores and services. Communication with Jennifer was easy, and she was very responsive to any questions. I would consider staying at this unit, or other units, managed by Jennifer in the future.

The condo could use some updating but is well stocked and comfortable. Need to upgrade cable package, very limited TV options. Couldn’t even get ESPN and CNN. Lots of stairs.

Location, Location Location - plus great townhouse!!!
Let me start off saying that the owner is great to work with and communication was seamless. We booked the 2 bedroom townhouse however were upgraded to a 4 bedroom in same complex because there was a mechanical issue with the 2 bedroom. What a pleasant surprise. You are approx. 20 minutes from Snowbird and such an easy drive. Clean, comfortable, well appointed and an owner who really cares that you enjoy your stay. We will book again!

Great Getaway and Great Location
Had a wonderful holiday in Jennifer's townhouse! Took advantage of the private hot tub on the back patio... close to restaurants and shopping (and our 2 sons) but felt like a private retreat. Garage parking too! Had lots of amenities for cooking, relaxing, and info on sights to see. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Pre-season Visit
This is an incredibly well-appointed property. The slippers were an especially nice touch. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to check out the hot tub - maybe next time. Snow was just beginning to fall as we left, so the unit will be soon be serving the skiers. You can't get any closer to the base of Cottonwood Canyon. Couple of nice restaurants within walking distance and probably more coming with the nearby construction. High quality overall experience. Thanks Jennifer.
