Great aspect. Villas are very well appointed and modern. Excellent design. Window seat brilliant. Close to excellent dining room in hotel. Staff very professional.

There was only one chair in the room and no table even though there was a well equipped kitchen. Spoilt our stay somewhat.staff

Location. Staff were amazing.

Complained as doors didn’t lock and staff unwilling to fix problem then staff were uncontactable as no out of hours number provided so slept in car for safety. Was promised a refund then when followed up the refund they marked me as a no show and I received a warning I could now be charged a no show fee.

Great little room. Served us well for our 1 night on Bruny Island. Loved its proximity to the hotel restaurant for a meal (which was also great).

Only fault was the cold air that cant be stopped coming in from the fixed bathroom window. Just had to put the heater up higher to counteract it.

Wow. The service with booking this accommodation was fantastic, they even arranged alternate accommodation when we discovered we might not be able to get our van up to the original spot, and the Lodges behind the hotel were stunning, could not have asked for better. The view, the cleanliness and amenities were all fantastic. And the Hotel itself makes a spectacular meal and cider

Only thing I can be critical of was needing a hook or something in the bathroom to hang things on because the bench space was sparse, but that is hardly a criticism, the bathroom was still amazing
