Location Clean Comfortable Fit for purpose

More comfy outdoor chairs could be an improvement.

The location near the beach and bar/restaurants, the layout of the family room (so suitable for families although we were only two of us), the balconies, the general comfort and coziness were all superior for a place that is positioned as a motel. It had everything we needed. The weather was cold and the AC was reversible and the duvets were nice and warm. The landscaping around the place was cared for.

The location was just perfect. It is really close to nice cafes and restaurants and to the beach as well. Each room has their own parking space. The room was clean and comfortable.

An enjoyable stay in city central, overlooking the sea. I like the convenience of a supermarket opposite and easy access to restaurants. Above all, the scenic views right at the door step. Thermal bed is a pleasant comfort the inn offered in winter, offering a warm and cozy rest.

Only bar soap provided. If you preferred liquid soap, good to bring your own.

The room was clean and functional with space to work. It is well located with access restaurants and facilities in Port Campbell. The bed was comfortable, and the room has a relaxing ambiance.

I would like a little more bench space in the bathroom.

The location was right next to the shore just like the ads. Bed was comfy, lot of pillows stuff to cuddle. Heater blanket help us out through the night. Reservation lady was nice and friendly, eventhough we arrived bit late i. the evening.

Convenient and comfortable

The linen, kitchen area and ,bathroom were fine, the carpets around the bed heads and table were dusty and needed a very good clean. We found this as we had to plug in a lamp. Elec. blankets not plugged in either.

we checked in - no problems we checked out - no problems everything in the room was OK Location was great - opposite bottleshop and grocery shop and bistro/pub 60 second walk to local pub

We checked in late (about 10pm) but the owners were well organised despite reception being closed. The room was simple but much larger than I was expecting. We had a bassinet for our 2 month old, so the added room was much appreciated. The veranda backed by the sound of crickets and crashing waves was the perfect place to sit and unwind after a long day travelling. As we had arrived late, the stones' throw distance to the beach was a pleasant surprise when we opened the curtains in the morning; a perfect location.

The property is right on the main street, so could be a little loud if you were hoping for a sleep in but the convenient proximity to everything, really outweighs this.
