fantastic location, cozy and plenty of food provisions provided for breakfast. The gardens were beautiful and the spa bath was amazing.

The pillows were very flat, had to fold them over to get to sleep. That was the only thing that could be improved.

Clean, well organised, comfy beds, plenty of breakfast, close to everything and loads of chocolates.

The location is excellent. Fab proximity to Tanunda centre which is within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops.

We arrived at 3pm as arranged and had been given no prior information how to access the property. The breakfast provisions provided were generous. It was cold and the fire hadn't been prepared to light so we had to go searching for wood, the boxes in the cupboard had not been properly stocked and were nearly empty. The kitchen staples for tea and coffee had not been replenished No kitchen, roll or bin bags provided. The furniture is comfy but doesn't fit the property, too large. We felt like a romantic spa only to find that when we got in to the bath, it had been unplugged on the wall outside the cottage!

Great location with a courtyard that we could relax in outside. The accommodation was equipped with everything we needed and the complimentary port was a nice touch!

Breakfast was perfect, plenty options and food, little extras ie choccys and port, were the best.

Ventilation got very hot thru night, couldn't sleep with AC on as too noisy. Screen doors would have been ideal to let cool air in. Would love you too put in a little expresso coffee machine.

Loved the studio cottage, the yum breakfast, the comfy bed, the lovely towels and the whole overall feel. Quiet,yet handy to every thing.

beautiful location and adored the layout and space. you can walk to all essential ammenties. The house and yard has plenty of space for us with our 2 young boys. we all really enjoyed the lively deep spa bath too!
