staff are very friendly very clean good breakfast location and view are fantastic only thing is if you have luggage or can’t walk uphill you have to call the restaurant before hand so that they could arrange a taxi for you we enjoyed our stay

there is nothing that I did not like but I wish there was a kettle and coffee available to make in the room instead of going to the restaurant each time you want coffee

I thought I had booked a room with a double bed- but was given a room with a cheap ikea-style frame which creaked with any movement - so I woke several times through the night. breakfast was basic

We First ended up in a room that smelled horribly like chemicals. Luckily we got changed to a different room right away and even got upgrated.

A large room with a comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with good coffee. Well located for hiking.

Bad internet connection, especially in the morning. We stayed at the hotel 6 nights and the room was never cleaned, even though its was written that they will clean the room once in the middle of the stay.

Very comfortable fully contained small room with balcony overlooking pleasant rural hillside. Spotless bedroom, linen and bathroom. Generous breakfast. Welcoming internal email providing directions for guests arriving by car - though I was arriving by train.

Without being provided with further information on the best way to reach the hotel from Moneglia railway station (which I did request by internal email) it appears that if coming on foot, you must walk up around 200 steep rough steps (with your bag) to reach the hotel. So when arriving at Moneglia station, head downwards, walk about 60 metres on the right side footpath, and watch out for a recessed sign saying to the Mondial hotel. Turn right at the sign, and start the upwards walk. Keep watching for further sign. It was worth the walk, as lovely views when you reach hotel at the top, but not very practical.

Rooms functional but compact Access difficult - by road through tunnels although the hotel gave quite precise instructions on how to find the hotel. Otherwise by foot from Moneglia town via a footpath that was quite steep in places

Lots of steps to get to the hotel, but worth it!

The hotel was excellent all round from perfect location overlooking the sea to outdoor garden area, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The room had a small kitchenette, new bathroom, large double bed and a small balcony overlooking the hillside behind the hotel.

Great view. Easy access to a beach and to the city. Nice and quiet. Friendly and accomodating staff. Super easy check in. Fine and extensive continental breakfast. Room was small, but sufficient for this stay. Good terrace with furniture outside the room.

Terrace chairs and recliners could do with som pillows. The room smelled a bit like overheated rubber not too bad but could do without

The location was great. The view from the room was stunning! The airconditon was good.

The internet connection was really poor. There were ants in the bathroom, fridge corner and on the tables. (We just gave our feedback to the receptionist, so they can take actions regarding abt it.)
