The beds and pillows were soft. The staff was always ready to help.

The pool area needed some cleaning and updating.

The bathroom was dark .there is no light and the bed sheets were dirty.

water in sink would not drain. low water pressure in shower. Hotel needs an upgrade

they changed me rooms because electrical system in the two beded room wasnt working. I needed two bed because I was traveling with coworker, they only had available a room with a king bet and a sofa, the hotel was with very few customers however that was the only room they would offer. We stayed two nights, they didnt clean the room.

The location is the only redeeming feature of the hotel since it changed hands.

Customer service in this hotel made this one of the worst experiences I have ever had traveling with my family. We made reservations thinking this was still a Holiday Inn Express. When we arrived we saw that the hotel was under new management. They honored our reservation but refused to give us a room with more than one bed for myself and my husband and two children even when we offered to pay whatever the difference was. When we asked for a roll away we were told there were none. The hotel was not at capacity. The woman at reception told us to go to another hotel if we didn’t like our options. We were traveling home on a red eye the next morning after having driven 4 hours to get to this establishment to supposedly get some rest before our trip. My husband slept on the floor and my 2 children and I shared the only bed.
