The facility was easy to find. The suite was roomy enough and quite modern. Check in was smooth. The rural setting was nice.

The light bulb in the bathroom was so dim as to make it impossible for one to do make-up, hair or contact lenses in the bathroom mirror..

Location, view, ease of check in/check out, clean, value.

Beds were uncomfortable and maybe suggest small fans in bedrooms for air circulation.

The heating was on and making it a way too warm for July. The only way to deal with it was to unplug it. Would be great if they would place mosquito nets on the window ( it was unbearable to sleep as there were too many)

Smooth checkin as there is a pre-notificaiton about the room access! quite clear and like my house and all by myself :) and there can see the midnight sunset and near the town of Borgarnes!

There was no enough lighting and the blinds did not work....we had to close them placing something heavy to hold them down. I had also expected that the extra beds would have been kept ready for use as I had already called up and informed my checkin time would be late in the night.

+ a nice little apartment almost in the middle of nowhere. I could watch horses pasturing nearby :) However, close distance (by car) to a town / shops / gas station etc. + sufficiently equipped + no problems with parking + good heating system

- almost not working stove/cooker - that was a huge disadvantage to us as even boiling the water for coffee took around 30 minutes, not to mention heating up ready-made food on a pan (after 1,5 hours the food was still not hot) - extremely thin walls - if your neighbours are not talking in a hushed voice then you can hear everything from the neighbouring apartments (we had to use earplugs at night)

We could see the northern lights from our room. There was a kitchenette and bathroom in the room.

The sink of kitchenette was rather small which made it difficult to do dishes The door was difficult to open and close the door. The room is not insulated very well, so either the room was way too hot or ice cold. The light above the door was motion activated, also by other guests.

Good quality of house trailer.

Spacious room and equipped kitchen with small fridge. Near Route 1. Nice bathroom and clean. Good communication with hotel. Arrived late no issues. Parking in front. Good value for money. Scenery area.

No food option. Curtains too short to cover windows. Staff was not available.

The place is ok but not when it's cold and windy. There's a shower gel and kitchen utensils and good wifi. Self check-in possible after 18.00 although I had to call the office about it as the message from there office came the next day after check-in.

A very small, automatically controlled radiator that couldn't generate enough heat to warm up the room. It was cold in the room, even colder in the bathroom though the water was hot. No hairdryer. Very thin duvet, no extra blanket, good we had our own sleeping bags to put on the duvet. I'd appreciate standard mugs for tea or coffee, not just small cups, and a few hooks for jackets and other stuff.

- Requested Child Bed was nowhere to be found. - Hosts didn't pick up the phone or answer messages when we were there. - Bed are very soft and you can feel every single spring.

We stayed in twin room with kitchenette. Kitchen is really tiny. Could have included a few hooks near the door for coats. Wifi works well for us. No issue with the shower or hot water for our stay.

Good place in the middle of nowhere but with services nearby. If you are chasing the northern lights it's a good spot.

No noise cancelling walls.

Clean, modern and tidy. Seating and dinning area are spacious sufficient kitchen utilities.
