Amazing view and location.

Mattress needs to fit base so it didn’t fall apart. Carpets dirty and stained, not vacuumed over the 10 days we were there. No house keeping,non existent even after we asked. Window coverings torn and falling apart. Window latches missing allowing draught into rooms…… the list goes on. Rental car seats were filthy

Comfortable, clean and a good location, an easy walk to town and restaurants, with a nice sea view.

A bit run down but that didn't affect comfort.

Location was great, service was friendly, views over the garden and sea were lovely, enjoyed the chooks and the beautiful gardens, dinner in the restaurant was very good

Would have been nice to have hot breakfast as well as continental, also toaster and microwave in room would have been great

excellent position on edge of Burnt Pine township. Seaview Cottage was a cosy I BR, with an extra single bed. Outstanding view of Phillip Island and beautiful green grass with chickens coming to visit each day. so relaxing on patio out the front. Has great bottle shop and restaurant onsite and tour providers pick up and drop off here. Staff were great with organising car hire and airport transfers. Could not fault.

Maybe cleaning could have been a little better as a few cobwebs on corners of ceilings, although they are very high ceilings. But overall very nice.

Value for money. Suits the budget conscious experienced traveller. Shows it's age but comfortable.

Breakfast was basic, toast , cereal, coffee/tea

Room facilities were s bit sparse. Had to request for milk, then 3 days later for more tea and coffee

Disappointed that the oven didn't work, when we'd purchased food to bake.

Our cottage had the mountain view, which was lovely. It was clean and everything you needed was there. The views from the restaurant every morning at breakfast were out of this world! We were really happy throughout our stay and will come back again.

A little dated and the oven & grill didn’t work. Breakfast was the same every morning. It would have been nice to mix to it up once in a while. With that incredible view from the restaurant, I’m surprised they don’t offer a full breakfast to the general public.

I wish there was a fan in the lounge room as well . I had to carry the one from the bedroom up and down the stairs every day .

Good setting. Just out of town. Good grounds. Lovely views over to Philip Island.

Although room was a little bit dated, for the price it was good value, neat and clean. Beautiful View out to the Ocean.

Breakfast was a basic continental - tinned fruit, yogurt, instant coffee/teabags, toast.

We had tinned peaches for 5 days straight. Variety, even in tins, would be a plus. On Days 6/7, a staff member brought fresh pawpaw, much appreciated.

Lovely views.Apartment large snd well furnished . Walking distance to town.

Our unit needed a renovation.(some had been done) No 26 had broken tiles in bathroom, water damage cupboards in kitchen,carpet was old and not clean and lights not working in lounge area.Staff shortage due to covid meant it wasn’t always serviced when it was supposed to be.Also huge cockroaches.(killed 4 during our stay)

Staff were friendly and helpful and kindly arranged car rental (we were advised by rental company that none were available) Great central location Beautiful garden area

Whole resort is tired and run down The room was small and although advertised was not serviced during my 7 day visit Guests had to renew their own towels,tea,coffee etc from a laundry full of dirty linen to be washed Ants in room Garden view verandah needs some decent furniture (not just two old chairs with no cushions)

I would have liked a little more variety for the breakfast, maybe include raisin toast, or some fresh fruit, even frozen berries.
