We loved the atmosphere this place had - such a beautiful and calm oasis, full of greenery! The hosts were very nice, bringing us homemade goods and fruit from the property. They were always around when we needed help with something. Also the room was cleaned everyday, so it was always nice to come back to a tidy space. Renting bikes was also a big plus.

Thanks for the wonderful time at spiros rooms! Such a warm welcome from the ladies! If you search for a quiet, natural and lovely place and still be close to the nice beach and restaurants, you are perfectly right here :)

Lovely place to stay close to Panormos beach. The owners are extremely nice people, super welcoming, can't describe how sweet they were with us.
They put a lot of love in their space. You are very close to Panormos beach but also you have the peacefulness of the countryside.
We'd love to come back.

Amazing hospitality, beautiful courtyard, and even nicer folk. There are bikes available for free, so rolling down onto the beachfront is a joyful breeze. Lovely little BBQ area and a good spot for star gazing at night. 100% would go again. We love you Vasso, thank you!

Spiros Rooms are located in the quaint village of Panormos, on a quiet alley about 500 meters from the beach. It has a large lovely olivegarden with lots of places to relax available and also a good barbeque.
The hosts are wonderful people and have made a home at Spiros for every guest. They were always helpful with information and everything else we needed.
Our room was perfect and was very well equiped. We lacked nothing during our stay. The frige was big enough for all our groceries and the oven worked like a charm.
We had good water heating and the room was warm and cosy. We loved our little patio for the morning coffee.
Our host provided us with their bikes to ride to the beach and see the sunset as Panormos is a nice spot for sunsets.
We had a great shaded parking for our cars and our hosts even let us use their water hose to dust them off.

The location was perfect. just a short distance from Panormos beach. The owners were very helpful and friendly. There were bikes that could be used at no charge, which was a great touch.

The staff was very friendly, apartment was always very clean, and we always had small gift waiting for us when coming back from the beach/town...
House and yard were so well kept and pretty. Surrounding was beautiful, safe, green, quiet.
Location - perfect. 2 min by bicycle to the beautiful beach of Panormos. Free parking in the yard is a huge bonus.
Definitely a place to stay again!

This is my second time to stay at Spiros Rooms- I love it! Very cosy, clean and the family who run it are adorable!!!

Very comfortable room with all necessary amenities. Cleaned regularly. The hosts were very kind and left us some fruit and homemade snacks occasionally, and also an umbrella on a rainy day. They really care about their guests! The beach is not more than 10min walking and there are bicycles that the guests can use if needed. I heartly recommend Spiros Rooms. :)

You can call it - the best accommodation.
You should check it by yourself. If you want to try 12-hour sleeping, 0db noise, the best fragrancy of nature and the kindest people, you should stay at Spiros rooms.
We are going back there for sure.
There is no chance you could find any disadvantages, even if you are grumpy. :)
Somebody would say - the place is not on the beach but, in my opinion, it's a great advantage. No noise, no traffic sounds, and you have a shade all day long

I truly enjoyed my time staying here. The room is tidy and cleaned everyday. And there is a nice front and backyard area for the guests. Free bicycle rental as well for guests. It came into great usage for me as I did not drive here. But most of all, the family who runs the business is absolutely sincere and one of the best I have experienced! I enjoyed conversations with them and they were extremely helpful with my stay!!! I highly recommend you to stay here! I really miss it there!

The entire place is so nice and cozy! The garden amazing and the owners very friendly. The room always kept very clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the beautiful yard!!

It is about 500 m from the wonderful Panormos beach, in the countryside, surrounded by trees. You can eat, or simply restore, outside sitting at tables under the shade. The owners land for free some bycicles to go around in the area and they provided me every morning some homemade piece of cake or dessert.

The rooms are cozy and nice and they had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived and the hosts were very nice to us and helpful. We spent my birthday together and they offered us some tsipuro and limoncello for tasting, their own brew, good stuff. You can grab bikes directly from the property and the nicest beach in Skopelos is 500m away.

A beautiful yard where you can read a book or just hangout and listen to the cicadas.
You can also park your car in the yard.
The road leading to the beach it’s very beautiful, with some local properties.

Everything was great, staying there is like staying in your grandmother’s village, back at the 90s. Nature, silence and calmness. We found it hard to leave this place. Thank you mr. Spiros and mrs. Vaso.
