One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The hotel and our room was absolutely beautiful - the pool was the perfect temperature, the room had an amazing bath and incense, the bed was so comfy, and the air conditioning literally saved us from the heat. I've also never experienced such amazing customer service - when we arrived, we were welcomed by the manager with mint tea and cookies, told us the history of the riad, and gave us a map with recommendations for restaurants, site seeing, etc, and how much items should cost when haggling! He also upgraded our room! Nadia was so attentive and kind, and even got me a cake for my birthday!! We had amazing breakfasts there both days, and were given fresh fruit and cold water for our room. I never wanted to leave the hotel, it was like an oasis. We will definitely be staying again!

The most perfect stay. We booked this Riad for my partners birthday and the staff really went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay so special. The riad itself is unbelievably beautiful, with a pool (which is warm) and a stunning roof terrace that we ate breakfast on every morning we were there. The location is amazing and I just cannot put into words how wonderful our stay was. Thank you to all the staff there who made our stay truly unforgettable!

Everything I tell you about Riad Hikaya will not be enough to express how great and wonderful this place is. The Riad by itself, the breakfast, the amenities are wonderful, but what makes this Riad your best option inside the Medina is the staff and their true Moroccan hospitality. Everyone was more than amazing -specially Wadya, Abdou, Sara and Miriam- and really really went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable and at home, even before we even arrived!!! We have never ever experienced this kind of attention to service and hospitality with heart. I could make a list of every detail and every little thing everybody made to make our stay pleasant, comfortable, smooth and unforgettable, but it would be too long for this review and I also don’t want to spoil the surprise. Thank you Riad Hikaya for a hospitality we will never forget and for making our stay in Marrakech even more delightful.
