Perfect location, excellent customer service, great breakfast!

The staff was extremly friendly and helpfull. The room was exactly like into the pictures, with dayly cleaning. They have even flip floos in the room for use it on the beach. Very good location next to White beach and restaurants. They offer you for free bikes, life jackets, paddle boards, canoe and inflatable toys, beach towel and mats, umbrellas and water prooff bags. Breakfast was prepared from the menu, was very good. We will come back for sure

The service was superb. A small, very well run resort with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was great and we were so pleased we stayed longer than initially planned.

Nothing really, but although they have bicycles, don't expect to go biking around the island. With no gears on the bikes the hills are unclimbable and they are a bit on the rusty side making unsettling noises!

I like the location of the resort just a few steps away from the beach. The beach area is excellent - not crowded area

A fabulous small hotel, just over the road from fabulous white sandy beach. The receptionist and staff were excellent and the talk about hotel, facilities and the Island was very informative and welcome. The breakfast, prepared to order was great and very filling, with top-ups on juice and coffee. There were push bikes, paddle boards, kanoes and inflatable toys available free of charge, as were towels and mats for the beach. A nice touch were the flip-flops in your room for use on the beach. This is not a 5* luxury hotel, but a charming little hotel that was perfect for our stay.

To be fair, I can not think of anything that would have enhanced our stay. Perhaps the rooms closer to the road may be a bit noisy for some, but we were a couple of rooms back and very happy.

Great location, 1 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were really nice with each one featuring a different mural on the wall. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There was a good selection of hot and cold food. They also offered free canoe and paddle boards for guests to borrow.

I loved the staff especially ace receptionist she was great she done the shop as well and breakfast which was excellent I’m a fussy eater was plenty of choice and for my Thai girl friend I thought the food was great for her the best for a hotel and I’ve been coming to Thailand for 15 years

Very near to main Beach (Sai Keaw). Breakfast consider good. Have more than 2 options for ala carte. Buffet line also available with limited choice such as Bread, salad, Coffee & tea

Lovely place: very clean, well maintained and the lady who looked after us was the most friendly and helpful person you'll ever meet! Upon arrival, she gave us a quick guide to the island. She showed us to our room and also gave a quick tour of the amenities found. Mini bar contents were free and replenished daily (snacks, fruit juice cartons and water only). Breakfast was very nice: usual elements of bread, fruit, coffee/tea station, cereals, and salad can be found buffet-style. They offer other items cooked to order including eggs, fried rice and noodle soup. The property has complimentary beach flipflops, umbrellas, floaties, kayaking equipment, beach towels and push bicycles for use. Highly recommend Green Bay Resort!

Please check the push bike conditions. We tried to use them and the chain was completely rusted and the brakes didn't work- a bit dangerous to use!
