The bed one of us slept in was on an angle / slant / was not level and kept falling out of bed. Also the accessible shower only had a bench seat and not a chair with a back in it, which was a hazard for the elderly family member who was at risk of falling off.

I loved the beachy vibe. When we drive around the property is was cool to see the facilities they have for RVs. The room was clean and neat. Even though it is a bit dated but it wasn’t anything that bothered us. We had a comfortable stay and had everything we needed. Proximity to the beach and a solid location to see the sunrise was a plus. We arrived a day before our booking (my mistake with the booking) however the staff were so sweet and accommodated us even though we made a mistake.

Lovely location - we have stayed many times and really enjoy the area

Very noisy. We booked Honeymoon Spa cottage and were opposite a group of two families travelling together, parked on the grass outside our bedroom and chatted loudly and smoked.

The only positive was the location

Unfortunately the Staff were very rude on arrival upon checking in . We arrived just before they were leaving for the day so felt rushed by them. The Cabin we hired was not as it was advertised. We hired the Ocean breeze Bungalow for just over $1000!!! for three nights. Very EXPENSIVE for what we got. The room was the complete opposite . The rooms were absolutely filthy with mould on windows and in bathroom. The room was very dusty and unkept.My children suffer allergies and asthma so have returned home very unwell. The couches were very soiled, we would not sit on them. The bunk bed had loose slats so was unsafe to sleep on. We were left linen in big plastic bags to make our own beds. The furniture was very old and not in any good condition at ALL! The wifi did not work at all! The tennis courts were booked out the whole time so couldn't use them at least once. The place is very overbooked so all the facilities were at full capacity so we couldn't make the most of it. Every morning ( very early before 6am!!!!) children run outside your room screaming. No peace at all!!! This place has also a caravan park attached so its very busy. Overall it is the most disappointing trip we have ever had. We will definitely not book here again or any other nrma facility.
