Il massimo nel design contemporaneo delle case per le vacanze. Situato nella "Caves Ridge Estate" che confina con i meravigliosi giardini della storica "Caves House Hotel", questa proprietà è a 10 minuti a piedi attraverso la città balneare di Yallingup e la magnifica spiaggia di Yallingup. Il Beach Box è la base perfetta per esplorare le bellezze della regione del fiume Margaret, ma soprattutto un posto dove rilassarsi, distendersi e coccolarsi.
Incastonata tra gli alberi di menta piperita, questa elegante e spaziosa casa sopraelevata è costruita su tre livelli separati con un ingresso centrale. La casa vacanze può ospitare comodamente 3 coppie o un gruppo familiare nelle sue 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni.
Due camere da letto per adulti si dipartono da entrambi i lati della zona d'ingresso. Entrambe le camere hanno letti queen con lenzuola bianche e balconi privati. Ogni camera da letto per adulti ha un bagno privato con vasca free standing, doccia, vanità e servizi igienici.
La terza camera da letto e il bagno si trovano al piano inferiore. Questa camera è dotata di 1 letto matrimoniale e 2 letti a castello, quindi adatta a diverse esigenze. Questa camera da letto confina con una confortevole sala TV, con televisione intelligente widescreen, DVD / CD e frigo bar che creano una stanza ideale per i bambini o un rifugio per adolescenti a breve distanza dalla zona giorno principale.

This house was really well set up for our group of 8. Two identical masters was perfect and it was nice and clean.

Lovely holiday home with plenty of room for two families to stay. The walk through caves house gardens to the beach was easy for adults and kids over 5. We really enjoyed the balcony and that both master bedrooms had the same mirror image layout.
There's only air-conditioning in the main kitchen/upstairs living area, which was fine during our stay in Autumn, but could be an issue in Summer.

We loved our stay at The Beach Box. It was an ideal house for our family as each bedroom is associated with its own bathroom so our 2 adult children with children/partner could enjoy a private area of their own. The house is very well appointed and has everything you might need for a great stay.

Beautiful property, had everything we needed! Beautiful view of the trees and close to the pub. Bit of a walk to the beach for us with littles. Host was quick to respond with any queries we had. Very good property if travelling with a few families as there is two spacious entertainment areas and all bedrooms are nice and big to escape if need be. Would recommend 😁

Lovely place to stay
I stayed at this property with a group of friends for a wedding we had down south. The house was amazing and clean and in a great location, super close to Caves house pub! Would definitely stay here again!

A Nice little Hideaway
We Recently Stayed at the Beach Box for my Husbands Birthday. The house was Amazing and the Teens were happy with their own space. This was within walking distance to Caves house and was lovely to wake up to the birds every morning and have a Cuppa on the lovely balcony. The kitchen had everything you could think of that you would need in there which made cooking a Breeze. Will definitely be back :-)

Incorrectly charged
It seems we have been charged for 6 adults. We originally booked for 4 adults and 2 children (5 years and 1 year old) however it ended up being 3 x adults as my father is stuck in QLD. I have emailed our property manager twice but have not heard back. We only queried the price after talking with a friend staying in the same vicinity within Caves Ridge.

Perfect accomodation
Fantastic location for a weekend away! The whole place was amazing, spacious rooms and ample space for all ages, a beautiful open living area with fireplace opening up to a large deck with perfect views. Highly recommend!

Winter Escape
We LOVED staying at The Beach Box. It was in a perfect location and so close to the beach, wineries and Caves House. We enjoyed going for hikes and runs on the cape to cape track. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Property - Excellent Location
3 friends and I stayed over the long weekend and what a perfect weekend it was. The house is very clean and spacious. The location is perfect - 1min walk to Caves House and a 5 min walk to Yallingup Beach. It is in a very quiet location surrounded by trees and we were visited by many birds and even a goanna. The kitchen offers all mod-cons - everything you need for a self-catering weekend (or longer). The only negative is that there is curently no wifi available - its a must for some and maybe not for others - but it would still be very handy. We loved the property and would certainly recommend it.

Great holiday home
Great layout with lots of space and multiple living zones for two families. Well equipped with good kitchen utensils etc, nice bed linen, laundry facilities. Short walk to the beach and right next to caves house.

This place is just perfect you can get away from it all or you have everything on your doorstep.
It is only a short 10 minute easy walk to the beach straight through the beautiful gardens of Caves House. There is a fantastic park which is great for children (we have 2 aged 7 & 5).
The house has great kitchen facilities plus a BBQ on the large balcony so you can either stay in or head down to Caves House for a lovely meal.
There is plenty of room in the house for 2 families and you don't feel cramped at all.
We stayed over the AFL Grand Final weekend and we not interrupted by any noise coming from Caves House.
This place is the best place to stay if you want to be close enough to everything but far enough away to fell like you are in the middle of nowhere.
There is also a great little shop and bottleshop within walking distance if you do happen to forget anything or you can always drive into Dunsborough which is under 10 minutes.
The vineyards and loads of restaurants, attractions etc are all within a short drive or as far as you wish to venture.
We just loved it here and would 100% recommend The Beach Box to anyone and would definitely stay again.

couples weekend
Had a lovely weekend here in May 2015, even though weather was a little rainy it didn't stop us having a great time with a lovely fire roaring while we played board games, ate and drink plenty of wine! would definately stay here again as the place was beautiful and spacious and a fantastic view from the decked area.

Had a wonderful weekend away in Yallingup at the Beach Box. Beautiful holiday home, modern, spacious and close to everything. We chose it due to its proximity to wineries, Caves House etc but stayed in most of the time anyway it was so nice. Would recommend to family/ friends and would stay again.
