The stay was lovely! Cleanliness, convenience, perfect facilities and amenities! The service was excellent, very kind and attentive! In addition, we had at our disposal hygiene kit, towels and bathrobes, tea, electric kettle, coffee, coffee maker, cookies, apples, candies, and gummies. We would totally recommend it, without any worries!

Not 24 hour staff, more like B&B I wasn't paying attention when booking but realised I booked a shared bathroom, which wasn't ideal with this price The room marked with "patio" but was actually a shared patio on the ground floor of the hotel. In short, I was expecting a little more.

Room was a nice size, bed was comfy. Location not too far from the centre. Public transport require but easy to navigate. Nice large bathroom (but it was shared)

I found the room equipped better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed in. This property is a true gem. Quiet, quaint, and enjoyable. The manager and staff were also extremely helpful and pleasant. I will book again next time I'm in Bern!

Decent place to stay if you sleep in the bedroom.

Slept on the sofa and got terribly bitten by bedbugs. Very hot and moisty in the room, no air.

The room was clean and very well appointed and equipped. I enjoyed the balcony. I only stayed a couple of nights and it was perfectly adequate, a short five minute walk from the tram stops. Easy check in and check out. I did not have to interact with any staff members

I'm unsure of whether it's just me or I was sensitive to the detergent used, but I didn't like the smell of the towels. Yes - they were clean. Other than this, there's a step to go from the toilet area into the shower and I didn't realise, so I almost had an accident.

The staff was very helpful and flexible. I was able to leave my car on the apartment parking in the morning long before check in time and start enjoying Bern without delay.

Finding my route to the location was a little bit complicated.

Every attention to detail, everything was perfect and you feel like home.

There's only one shower for all the guests in the house.

Great to have use of a kitchen, garden and terrace. Complimentary coffee available and good selection of teas - much appreciated. The villa is located near a tram stop which goes straight to the town centre in 10 mins, very handy. The staff were very helpful. A relaxed and comfortable stay. It’s a great place to return to after busy days out sightseeing. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was really nice and the room was very comfortable and the hotel added nice touches to the room. Nice kitchen facilities and breakfast room. They were also able to accomodate my touring bicycle which I appreciated.

Just slightly further from the old town section if this is important for another bicycle touring traveller to be near, however for someone with a car this would not be a problem. There were however lovely bike paths nearby the river and other places to see near this location.

The location was ideal. The room was comfy and the extra amenities like the terrace and breakfast were great. The owner was very helpful and attentive. I would recommend this place to everyone!!
