Well located to town

No staff at reception. Room was not cleaned and all hard surfaces including furniture were covered in dust. Several maintenance issues need to be addressed.

The location was fantastic and it was easy to check in. Close to shops, restaurants and the river, which was beautiful.

The room cleanliness was ok but not great and the shower head was broken and sprayed over the shower onto the sink area and on the floor. We also had someone yelling out for a pet Cat in the middle of the night.

The hot water was an issue as the water was cold so couldn’t have a shower the first night and the shower head was very poor water pressure Then on day two couldn’t have shower at night had to have it in morning but not all our family got hot water

Its central location was its only positive. Close to shops, restaurants etc. Can't think of anything else positive.

No hooks or rails in the bathroom. Nowhere to place your clothes when showering. Couldn't open shower door when bathroom door was completely closed. Toilet brush was rusted and disgusting. No privacy when the blinds were up - windows face directly into common carpark. Rooms need sheer blinds - not just roll up blinds. When we asked about the WiFi password, we were made to feel like idiots because we couldn't locate it. It later didn't work anyway because it was incorrect. The staff member pointing it out had a different level of customer service that typically goes with such an event

The location.

The bedsheets appears like it wasn’t changed. The room smells bad. There was no hot water on our first night. Our room’s AC didn’t really work well. One of the room has a door that was connected to another room. I paid more than what was the initial advertised price. I paid the full price. Was supposed to have a discount but it wasn’t applied.

Cleanliness of the room. Additional bedding. Heater was on before my arrival. Parking easy. Decor nice.

Bathroom a bit dated and could do with an update.

Good little motel right in the heart of bright, across the road from the brewery which is perfect! Rooms were comfortable if not a bit outdated

Parking was a bit of a problem , rooms were not clean, there was no shower gel in shower and bedroom door had come off the hinges.
