your wifi is terrible. you need to upgrade to starlink, or better.

Nothing - apart from the fact that that the bathroom had good disabled facilities. We took one look and found somewhere else. This is a very basic motel.

No staff- just a number to call - and we had to wait 5 minutes for a response! (And it cost me GBP £6 on international dialling charges!) Reception was a small shed at the car park entrance - our check-in was after 3pm but the staff went home at 5! Moreover the main picture is of the restaurant in front which is a separate business which is not open every day. And it cost 50% more than comparable motels

Clean and comfortable rooms with modern fixtures. Clean and well presented pool! Fun extras like in room snacks and a great restaurant downstairs! Check in process was easy!

External stairs were very wet in rainy weather and noise does travel through the building but patrons were respectful late at night

Needs were met for location and comfort

General cleanliness was below level of star rating. Mould and bathroom floor were Sandy. Sink was dusty and past guests rubbish was behind basin. Toilet brush cleaner was filthy and was a concern for health. Surface of benches was dusty and microwave was dirty. Tea and coffee sachet were old and a few out of date. General appearance was old and amenities were below the star ratings for this accommodation

Lovely renovated motel with on-site restaurant, pool and BBQ facilities.

It was little noisy at night but it was absolute peak season so understandable! Our room was also upstairs so lugging suitcases up the stairs isn’t easy for everyone.

Loved the funky decor. The room is large and renovated with a smart TV which was great. Small bathroom, but did the job. Pool area with the funky pink was well equipped. Was extremely windy the day we were there so there were leaves in the pool but the water was clear. Not sure it was heated - that's always a bonus. Nice complimentary snacks in the room too. Quick walk to the beach and local shops and tavern for dinner. The local beach and lagoon is stunning.

The worst part is no fault of the hotel, however they do advertise it on their site so it bears mentioning. The mexican restaurant downstairs is only open on weekends - even through the school holidays. The hotel don't own it so have no control over that, but that was a huge draw card in our booking and i had to read the fine print to find out - as did other guests who were equally disappointed when they arrived to find it closed for their stay. Some flyscreens on the bathroom window would be great so we can crack it open AND retain some privacy. Also the onsite laundry is for the staff only. There was some indication that you had to go to the service station - which i assumed was the servo up the road. Not doing that. It's a bit expensive, particularly without the facility of the restaurant, but accommodation is limited in the area so we were most grateful to be there and it was funky as hell.

I have stayed here several times. This was the 1st stay since its makeover. Very nice.

A coin laundry would be perfect but maybe nit.the clientele you are wanting.
