Just Steps to the National Seashore
La nostra casa Eastham con 5 camere da letto e 2 bagni lato oceano si trova in una tranquilla strada senza uscita vicino al centro visitatori di Salt Pond della National Seashore. La casa può ospitare nove e può ospitare comodamente tutti. Il primo piano ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con pavimenti in legno, un soggiorno, una grande cucina aperta e sala da pranzo, oltre a un bagno completo con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il secondo piano comprende una grande camera con due letti singoli, una camera più piccola con 1 letto singolo, due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale ciascuna e un ampio bagno. La casa è decorata con opere d'arte originali della madre del proprietario e di altri. C'è un grande ponte avvolgente con un tavolo da picnic e sedie a sdraio dove si può godere la proprietà alberata di 1/2 acro, una griglia a gas, una doccia esterna e un disco circolare con un ampio parcheggio. C'è spazio per bambini (e adulti!) giocare.
A pochi passi dal National Seashore, siamo a pochi minuti di auto da Coast Guard Beach o Nauset Light Beach. La spiaggia dell'oceano è raggiungibile anche in bicicletta, a 30 minuti a piedi o con una breve corsa in navetta. L'autobus Doane Rock Shuttle è accessibile con una passeggiata di 10 minuti sicura su un sentiero attraverso i boschi. Siamo vicini a Wellfleet, Provincetown, Orleans, al Cape Cod Bike Trail e alle spiagge della baia e agli stagni di acqua dolce di Eastham.

Some properties feel like they're owned by a real estate company and they're just rental units. Not so for this Eastham home. Everything we needed was available, the home's amenities, decorations, and all truly gave the feel of a close friend's home. We all very much appreciated the attention to detail and homey feel.

We had a fabulous week enjoying some of our favorite places near this house in Eastham. The house was just as represented and worked well for our group of 5 adults. Plenty of room to hang out together, cooking, eating and playing games after our days out at the various beaches and ponds enjoying this beautiful area!

Our family of 5 adults and two children had a great time at "No Complaints"! We stayed there last year and came back because it was comfortable, well-stocked with anything we needed, a great location, and helpful, responsive hosts. We hope to come back again!

Great location to stay. Near 3 different National seashore beaches. 30 minutes to Provincetown/Race point beach.
House was clean, with lots of space. Nice deck on back as well as outdoor shower to get the sand off. The neighbors were quiet. Owners checked in with us to make sure everything was functioning. This rental requires supplying bed sheets and pillowcases which wasn't advertised. However, the owners reported this straight away and all was good. We would rent this house again.

We had 8 adult family members and the house was midway between Marconi beach and Orleans Stop&Shop. The house was clean and we loved the split AC. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, spices. We added the card table to the outside picnic table to seat 8. We ate dinner on the deck. Outdoor shower was the nicest we’ve seen.

We all fell in love with this home immediately! It is clean and spacious and comfortable! The house is stocked with extra gas for the barbecue, detergent, nice beach chairs and plenty of parking! It is in a quiet woodsy setting with lots of birds! The deck is large with plenty of room for all 9 of us! Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful home for families, plenty of sleeping options, comfy beds and furniture, a large deck and area for indoor or outdoor family meals. The kitchen is well-equipped. We appreciated the downstairs master bedroom with large bathroom and washer/dryer. The beach is a short drive away, tho apparently there is a walk to the beach shuttle. (Not a great option with little ones, IMO). The art on the walls and comfy living room with throw blankets was a nice touch! The mini-splits for AC was also great for our family, some like to sleep cooler than others. We hope to stay here again next year.

There was plenty of room for all of us. The place was clean with plenty of amenities. In a quiet neighborhood that is great for families with kids. We really enjoyed that the home was a mile or so from Coast Guard and close to Nauset Light. We had a great carefree weekend.

We had a great experience during our stay! Check in/out process was simple, and the host provided great communication. The house was lovely and provided everything we needed for a good time. We especially enjoyed the basement for late night card games once others had gone to bed. Would love to come back sometime!

What a wonderful place to spend a week with family and friends. Fully stocked with beach vacation essentials and extras. Clean, cool and spacious. Property manager was a breeze to deal with and quick to respond.

Our family gathered once again on Cape Cod, and this location in Eastham was perfect for doing what we wanted to do and the beaches we had chosen. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The home was well equipped, and the owners have made some substantial improvements to the property, namely the A/C, the very comfortable beds, the appliances and the outside deck and shower. All were enjoyed very much. There will be other upgrades hopefully in the future, which will bring it a little more up to date. For the price, it was quite adequate, and our family enjoyed our home away from home for a week.

This is our second year staying at this property. We like the layout of this house as it has one bedroom and full bath on the first floor and four bedrooms and full bath on the 2nd floor. This works well for us as we have 2 families vacationing together. The house is well equipped and a short bike ride to our favorite beaches.

The house was roomy and comfortable. The air conditioning was a pleasant surprise. The queen size beds in three of the rooms were also appreciated. Great location, overall, very happy!

The property is in a good location an a nice neighborhood. It is as described. There is plenty of square footage. Everything is pretty well stocked. The beds are comfortable, there was plenty of lighting, the washer and dryer were very convenient. The outdoor shower and deck were spacious . Our family had a very good time there. It is aptly named as "no complaints" We would go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jose & Sharli's house! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. We also enjoyed the backyard and had a lot of fun playing games on the deck from the well-stocked game closet. Jose was communicative throughout our stay as well. I don't think we could've found a better place and would recommend this stay to anyone looking!

Comfortable house with well-stocked kitchen, great for our family of grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren. We especially enjoyed the easy access on foot to Coast Guard Beach, and other great beaches within easy distance. Friendly, responsive hosts who quickly answered any questions.

We had a wonderful stay, exactly as expected. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, and ample room. Jose & Sharlie are great hosts who responded to any questions instantly.
Favorite perk was the outdoor shower, which we all used even in September!! We all agreed we want to make a return trip to just enjoy the house & the beautiful beaches with no wedding shedule!!!

We loved our stay at the aptly named No Complaints! There were 5 real bedrooms which isn't always easy to find on outer cape and there was plenty of space for our large family. It was immediately apparent that the home was really well taken care of. The hosts also left a really sweet welcome gift and it was such a nice delight upon arrival.
Location was amazing, so close to National Seashore and the Bay beaches. And to top it off the home is located in an amazing residential neighborhood and we were able to take many family walks, bike rides and runs without having to take my little kids onto main roads.

The house was well equipped and organized extremely well. We enjoyed our stay. My only concern which we knew in advance was that only one room had a larger bed. We had two adult couples who had to sleep on full size beds. Definitely not a surprise and we knew going into it but another queen in the house would be a great addition.

This was a wonderful home for us to be in when we weren't at the beach, walking the beautiful trails nearby or visiting Wellfleet and Provincetown. The deck was superb, so big with comfy chairs and of course a table and umbrella for outdoor eating! The outdoor shower was luxurious and there was plenty of room to spread out inside. A great kitchen for more than one cook at a time, the bedrooms were roomy and the mattresses soooo comfortable. And the air-conditioning was the icing on the cake for what turned out to be a very hot weather-week. There were plenty of games for most ages! We had the best time! Thank you, thank you!

We had an amazing time in Eastham. House had everything we needed and more. Pictures don't do justice to the house, rooms are way bigger! Neighborhood is calm, you can relax and have a peaceful time! If we go back to Cape Cod, we will definetely be looking to rent this house again!

Cape Cod Escape
When arriving to the house we found the check in very simple and easy. Upon entering the house we noticed how clean everything was and organized. The location was amazing and the outdoor shower is highly recommended!! The special touches around the house made it feel so welcoming & homely! Hope to be able to come back soon! 10/10 recommend!

Great vacation location
The house is comfortable and spacious and the hosts are very hospitable. The house has everything one needs for a great stay - just remember to bring your own bed sheets and bath towels.

Wonderful Cape House
Sharli and Jose have thought of everything, this property is perfect for families with ages ranging from 1-78. The outside shower is amazing! Thanks guys we will definitely rent again.

Perfect Cape Escape
This home is perfect for a larger group of people such as a large family. The kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking and sharing a dinner on the large deck. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Eastham is a great location to experience the peacefulness of the Outer Cape.

Great spacious house in wooded neighborhood
We had a great 2 night stay in this house. House is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were only 4 people, but the house could easily accommodate 7-9. Excellent location near to beaches, wildlife areas, and salt pond.
After driving around quite a bit, we commented that there is no where else we would have rather stayed than Eastham.
One thing to note, there are not linens included with this house. We were unaware that this is the culture on the Cape (and I likely did not read the terms closely enough). However, the hosts responded quickly to my inquiry and offered a very workable solution for our short stay.
We would absolutely rent this property again the next time we are in the area.

Lovely house in a great location for accessing Eastern Cape Cod. Plenty of room for the whole family and great access to beaches on the Cape Cod National Seashore. I wish we had stayed longer.
