Bellissimo pavimento in rovere al 1 ° piano con spazio aperto per cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno completamente attrezzati. 2 camere da letto matrimoniali al 2 ° piano. Suite King con terrazza al 3 ° piano. Bellissimo sistema seminterrato finito Owens-Corning. Bagno in piastrelle di ceramica su ogni piano. Patio privato in mattoni con vista sul monumento e sull'acqua. Arredamento lussuoso, arredamento di buon gusto e colori fantastici. Lenzuola e asciugamani Letti molto comodi. Soffitto a volta. My friends and I stayed at Liz’s property for a week and it was wonderful. The house is spacious and clean, and a walking distance from Commercial Street. From the time I booked to when I received my keys, Liz was very responsive over email and answered all my questions. I highly recommend staying here.

The property was great in all aspects...the location was 10 minute walk to Commercial Street. Rented bikes from Bike Shack ( property owners shop ) also which was walking distance. The property offered lots of space and privacy for all of us being it was three floors.

We've stayed in many places in Ptown over the years and this is one of the most comfortable. We loved how there was a bathroom for each bedroom, and also the view from the upstairs balcony. Would definitely stay next year. Thanks!

This is my 2nd year staying at Liz's townhouse, and we had a great experience again this year. Great location off the beaten path thats close to the grocery store, and theres a shortcut to commercial though the public parking lot.
There was 6 of us, so we all had our own space and did not feel on top of each other. The AC is also amazing. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years in Ptown that have window units that are rarely sufficient for the entire house. I put a premium on good central AC, especially in the peak of summer. Liz's place checks that box very nicely.

Perfect place in town
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Liz's place. As stated in the description, it's very large and easily accommodated our group of five. I especially enjoyed the large master bedroom and deck, and my adult kids really liked playing ping pong in the basement. We've stayed in many places in Provincetown over the past 20+ years, and this is easily one of the best. We will be back!

Wonderful Condo complex and owner
We are long time renters of many places throughout Provincetown. This was the first stay at this condo complex and Liz’s condo is wonderful! Clean, quiet condo complex, check-in was easy, and she doesn’t ask too much of renters upon leaving. The layout is open, airy, and comfortable for our family of four adults and two kids. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect spot in ptown
I have been going to ptown every year since 2012 and can honestly say Liz's property gave us everything we needed and more. There was ample space (barely used the basement but nice to have), and all the amenities you'd expect, including GREAT AC which is a must have for me on during the peak summer months. 5 minute walk to the grocery store, and just a few more minutes to the heart of Commercial Street.

I recommend this to parties of up to 6 people. It’s a 10 minute walk to downtown and an easy bike ride to Race Point. The top bedroom has a beautiful deck with an expansive view of town and Cape Cod Bay. You could see all the way to Plymouth! I highly suggest this place. Perfect home away from home spot. I know you will all enjoy it as the owner promised!

Terrific Stay!
Great stay - a short 5-minute bike ride to Bradford Street & center of town. Well-appointed 3BR condo, super clean, good comfortable furnishings. Two of the three of us were working (remotely) while there, and there was plenty of space for us to do so.

Provincetown Getaway
This is a beautiful property that was spotless when we arrived. Very close proximity to Commercial Street and the Pilgrim Monument. The grocery store was very close as well. The living area was spacious. The bedrooms were very large. The 2nd floor bedrooms would benefit from a bit more light. Liz was an excellent hostess and extremely responsive to all of our needs.

Large and roomy enough for 3 couples
Roomy living area. Great location , everything within walking distance.
Nice Rec room in basement. We enjoyed eating at several restaurants in town. We ate at the Lobster Pot twice!
Possible suggestions would be better lighting in bedrooms and bathrooms, and outside steps. Dish towels needed in kitchen.
Grocery store close by to get paper products and everything needed to enjoy your stay. Liz the owner was always available if needed. We wanted to ride bikes and meet her but a cyclone bomb arrived during our stay, however we were still able to get out and enjoy this cute town!!! Thanks for a wonderful New England vaca!

The pictures tell it all-very accurately represent the property. The condo was spotlessly clean and a quick walk to downtown. The owner was super communicative and reachable, which is always a plus. Comfortable, accessible, no parking issues, pretty much everything you need!

Peaceful & Away from the Craziness of Commercial St.
Liz was nice, and it's easy to pickup and drop off the keys at her bike shack. She had 6 keys for our group, which is unheard of! But very convenient so we can all do our own thing without getting locked out.
The house was clean, well maintained. Only has small TVs but with a full package of cable services. But who goes to ptown to watch TV anyways? We were glad to have the washer/dryer in the basement.
The rate was a great value for August.

Loved staying at Liz's place! She was a great host: very communicative and always willing to help out if we needed anything. The listing was not misleading at all, but it is a bit of a walk to Commercial Street (maybe 10 min?) in case that's too far for some people, but we had bikes so no issue at all! Highly recommend.

Nice place for three couples. Open kitchen/living room allowed us all to enjoy each other's company during meal prep. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Bedrooms were comfortable and all had ceiling fans. Deck off of master was large enough for all to enjoy. Short walk to down town. Would definitely consider renting again.

Halloween Weekend
The location was good and the house was comfortable. Good appliances, nice features. The only criticism I can offer are the interior paint colors. Neutral colors would work much better. But, overall a nice home and the prices was very reasonable.

Restful Winter Retreat
I spent a week here from January 31st to February 7th. There was record snowfall during my visit, but I didn't mind at all. That's because this spacious unit had everything--I didn't need to go out.
The kitchen was spacious, and the appliances were all in tip-top shape. It looked like the refrigerator was brand new! Downstairs in the basement is a large room with a washer and dryer, and a table-tennis table.
The king sized bed on the 3rd floor was HUGE. The shower on the third floor was large enough to fit 2 persons with room to spare, so you can both start the day squeaky-clean at the same time. The monument views from the unit are lovely. And even though it's right off route six, there was no traffic noise. I never slept so well. The bed was confortable, and there was no problem with the heat or electricity, despite record setting winds and low temperatures.
Everything was nearby. I had a massage at the Shui Sps (90 minute warm stone massage. It was HEAVEN! Ask for 'bobby' if you make an appointment, he's been my massage guy for the past 4 years of winter vacations), had dinner at NAPI'S restaurant (which also has great gluten free options!). Brunch at Fannizi's, and a Superbown party at the Wave Bar were highlights of the trip.
But, back to the unit. The rooms and hallways were in beautiful bold colors, and the third floor bedroom has a glass sliding door and a balcony with table and chairs outside. (I didn't take advantage of this due to the blizzard) Parking for 2 vehicles, free wifi, and a fully stocked kitchen rounded out this over-sized unit.
As fun as Provincetown is during the summer, seeing it in the dead of winter holds a special beauty and magic all its own. I will be sure to return to this unit next year, again, for my February vacation.
A special shout out to Bea and Mike from Pat Shultz Realty who got me keys to the unit very quickly when I accidentally locked myself out on a very cold day. Thanks for the prompt service and making everything so darn easy.

Spooky Bear Weekend Perfect Get-Away
Great place for those who like to be close enough to the action, but far enough to just relax and have a day in. This weekend in particular was very stormy so it was quite nice to have a space that allowed us to cook and gather with a bunch of friends while the weather took it's course. The basement has a nice rec room with ping pong and darts so you don't have to just sit around and watch TV either.
For those who like to get away on a budget it's conveniently located very close to Stop-n-Shop so you don't have to eat out for every meal. If you don't mind a bit of a walk (10 minutes) Commercial St. is a straight shot up Shank Painter to Bradford St., (you can cut behind the restaurant if you like to get to SP).
Overall a very clean and accessible space for everyone to enjoy!
