A completely correct hotel in relation to the price. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. A solid breakfast, just enough to satisfy a variety of tastes

The hotel is nice, you can get there by bus+ walking or by car. it’s not too far from the airport and the area is pretty. It was ok.

The bathroom was not very clean, and you could hear a lot of noise from outside. I kind of knew from the reviews but overall was ok for 1 night

The location was good for where I had to go during this stay. They also have a big car park and there was always a slot available. The staff is nice.

The room I’ve been given was small. I come quiet often here as my family lives close by. They used to give me the same room every time I came, but the last one they gave me wasn’t great. The furniture was old and broken and full of dust, the curtains were dirty and covered with sticky stuff. The bathroom was horrible! Dirty, old and full of mould. The mirror hang on with only one screw, some tiles were broken. The towels on the first day were dirty and had some brown stains, which I wish it was rust. The cleaners did not come every day, so sometime I had no fresh towels or shower gel sachets and use the soap bar.

Amazing value for money and within 10 minutes of Bastia Umbra and Assisi. Breakfast was good and we had the use of the coffee machine. Room was large and the shower was great.

Plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast???

Easy access from/to roads and nearby cities.

The ventilation/exhaust system needs cleaning. I believe this would make the bathroom/bedroom smell better.

The location is excellent, you can reach any village around in a few minutes and it is close to the motorway. The room was really nice, welcoming and comfortable. The staff is really nice, as well, especially the housekeeper on the floor.

This time the breakfast was not included in the reservation, compared to last year. The room was smelling sewage, maybe due to the closing down for the pandemic situation, but not a big problem for me.

Good price. Comfortable bed. Room ok.

Room with no soul.

I think it was just bad luck, but the AC stopped working during the night and around 9:30 there was almist no running water despite being on the first floor.

The room was nice and clean and the bad conformable. When you close the window you are not bothered by the big road opposite the hotel

We spent one night at Hotel Santa Lucia. The price was lower compared to the places around, it was worth it for the price, good for a night on the way. It is quite close to Perugia, which allowed us to drive to the city for the evening.

The air conditioner was very loud, and not working very well, it took a lot of hours to cook down a bit the room, and it was noisy all the night. The room wasn’t very clean, the roof was dirty and the floor was not very clean. Worth it the price if you are not looking for a cozy night but just a place to stay on the way.

We spent 5 nights in the hotel. The staff is super, they were very kind, smiley and always ready to help. The hotel is very nice, clean and close to the highway.

As 3 stars hotel manager in London I was expecting something more from the hotel. There were no facilities in the room, especially the DND sign, so the housekeeper was knocking all the days early in the morning to ask if she could clean the room until we said that there was no need. Anyway she has been polite at all the time and was doing her job. The bed was two zipped mattresses, so when I was laying in the middle they got separated; it was quite annoying. Breakfast was very simple and coffee machine was not working properly.
