Overall our family had a great stay, not one bad thing about it. The house was perfect for all 6 of us to kick back and relax. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed for 3 days at this property for the 4th of July weekend . The pool and outdoor area were absolutely immaculate . Plenty of beds, well equipped kitchen, would stay again for sure . Thank you for hosting us Grace , we loved Our stay .

As returning customers we found everything well ordered and ready for us. The addition of a pool this year was quite nice and the kids enjoyed it.

Many magical memories were made on The Cape in this double home for our family group of nine. The outside pool area was magical. We ate all big meals outside. Lots of sleeping areas, clean! and all the amenities one would need!

We went on a family vacation at this property and absolutely loved it. My family has one side and in$laws had the other. We were able to have separate spaces but also be together. The kids loved the bunk beds. Adults loved how clean and organized it was as well as the fire pits. Would stay here anytime we’re in Eastham

Such a great neighborhood. So quiet and peaceful and of course easy walk to beach. House was perfect for several small families. Outside of house amazing with nice big back yard, lots of trees, great decks, hammock, fire pits and awesome outdoor showers!! Couldn’t have asked for more!

The house is in a great location! Walking distance to the bay beach and easily accessible. The house was great! We had 8 people who fit comfortable between the two cottages. We spent time outside at the fire pit and on the deck. Awesome experience! Grace was very prompt in all her responses and the process was so easy!

This place was perfect for sharing with another family. Short walk to beach and great yard with everything you need!

This home fit the needs of our group perfectly. There were spaces for our two families to have privacy as well as an amazing yard to all hang out together. There were extras like beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon to haul everything. Quiet neighborhood close to all the beach fun.

We had a great experience with this property. The set up between the two cottages was perfect to accommodate two families yet give each of us privacy. The back yard with decks, hammocks and fire pits was really nice and relaxing. Convenient location to Orleans, Wellfleet and Provincetown and within walking distance to a nice beach.

We were a little nervous driving into the cape to a tropical storm warning but every minute of our weekend was perfect! Close to the bay which was so nice. And only 10 minutes to the Atlantic side beach! The houses were clean and well stocked for whatever we would need. We loved that there was an adjoining door between them. I hope if there’s a next time we get to utilize the outdoor spaces as they are beautiful.

We all loved staying at this property. Big enough for all 11 of us with room to spread out and have some privacy. We loved the beach and lawn toys and the blue wagon was a nice touch. Huge and beautiful lawn with lots of room to run for kids! We do have a few suggestions: there are to many table top decorations leaving no place to put our stuff, no cabinet space for food, unusable frying pans. We had two power outages...one lasting 12 hours. Seems this is normal as many neighbors had generators. Worst case scenario with no water and 11 people in the house...no toilet flushing and melting food in the freezer. Other than that, we think the house is perfect.

I stayed here with a group of friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor space was wonderful. Our favorite night was the one spent grilling, eating and playing with the provided lawn sports outside. The cottages are well equipped, and Eastham was a great spot to stay on Cape Cod. This was a great value, and the space is well laid out so you can spend time together while still having privacy when you want.

The dual cottage was excellent for our family get together. Plenty of room. Excellent kitchen. The property is beautiful with outside table and chairs for eating, Firepit that we used most every evening and outdoor showers. We will rent again.

Is a beautiful place to stay in family.

This is our second time staying here and it just seems to get better every time. Grace is an extremely nice person and when I needed to change my payment schedule she was more than accommodating. As usual the cottage was immaculate and stocked with anything you could possibly need. The property provides a lot of outside space and privacy to relax and catch some sun or sit around a roaring fire with some marshmallows. The beach was beautiful, water was warm, and a huge low tide to explore, all only a 5 minute walk away. The badminton/volleyball net provided some great fun, followed by some great BBQ's on the grills also provided. There was plenty of space for the entire family to fit comfortably and the air conditioning made it comfortable even when the temp outside was not. It was a trip none of us will forget, no one wanted to leave and we look forward to a longer stay next year!

We stayed here with another family, 4 adults and 4 kids in total, and it was the perfect set up. Plenty of room and there was tons of outdoor space for the kids to play. A lovely short walk to Cooks Brook Beach and nice bike rides to many other beaches, both bay and ocean side.

So close to cooks brook beach house had lots of extras very clean perfect we had great weather!! Loved it and plan to stay there next year

Our party had a wonderful stay at this property. We found it to be adequately stocked with everything we needed for a visit to the Cape. Grace was responsive to our questions during the booking process so check-in and access were simple. It is perfect for a group of related or unrelated guests..Plenty of space and privacy. The beds were comfortable and there were enough linens and supplies. It is conveniently located to Bay beach and National Seashore; and other sights of the Outer Cape. I would return again, as would our guests. We really enjoyed the property and area.

We just came back from a lovely weekend at this house. We rented both sides because we had two families in town for a family wedding. It was so convenient to everything: beaches, easy breakfast, Outer Cape fun. We would definitely go back. Loved the one floor living. Perfect for two families but can be very private for just one. Great outdoor showers, too!

My sister and I rented both homes for the week. Both homes were very clean and well stocked with household items. The yard area is huge and we ate dinner outside every night and took advantage of the fire pits. Both houses also have gas grills which was a huge plus! Even though the homes are connected, you still have your own privacy and cannot hear every little thing happening in the other house. The homes are in a great location and you can walk to Cooks Brook beach for sunset. We would definitely return!

This is our second year staying at the cottages and it has been great both weeks. We are two families so it works out perfectly that we each have our own space but have plenty of open spaces to spend time together as well. Its a short walk to a lovely beach, the bayside is perfect for young kids. The yard is great for wiffle ball, grilling and great fire pit for smores. We couldnt be happier staying here. It is clean and comfortable. The outdoor showers are great as well!

When I booked this house, we were supposed to be 9 people from 3 different households from both sides of the family sharing the 2 cottages. Due to multiple factors, it ended up to be 7 people total- one couple, two kids, one grandfather, one grandmother, one brother. The houses seemed clean upon arrival, Grace was good about responding to questions in a reasonable time. I think there should be some information on the fridge just to say what route you are expected to take to the beach, going off the VRBO map it seemed that the beach would be closer but that is a private beach. Cooks Brook Beach is not on Cooks Brook Road, it's on Steele. When you get there though, it is a flat walk out to the beach but a step down to the sand. There is a parking lot, trash cans, a bathroom building (locked when I checked) and a port-a-potty. The weird thing about the house is that the cottage connects through the children's bunk room. My mother-in-law had to share with my son and use the extra twin bed. It was more private though than the family room she expected to be in which also lacked a/c. There were a/c units in the bedrooms only which is fine, the rooms were all of a decent size. I grew up visiting an Eastham cottage and this one also had some of the same type of charm where it looks like it belongs here and the decor is very appropriate. There were things that we brought and did not need but used anyway, provided are salt/pepper, some spices, sunblock, bug spray, outside toys, beach toys, beach chairs, board games, lots of books and DVD's. There was a starter amount of wood for the fire pit. The outdoor shower on side A got used everyday and was a favorite of any other Cape Cod rental one's I've had. The patio set was very nice on side A. There was never a time when everyone was out so security wasn't an issue but we didn't see much traffic at all. I walked down to the beach almost everyday- especially in the evening when the tide was out. Due to costs, we prepared almost every meal for everyone on the trip. By the 3rd or 4th day, we got to realize that the ants were really becoming a problem. They were mostly limited to the kitchens and living room areas, sleeping was not an issue. I contacted the owner who was upset and apologetic, thankful for the notification, but didn't do anything during our stay. It's possible that she didn't want to disrupt our vacation. This was honestly the only negative thing, hopefully easily resolved.

The home was perfect for our family’s get together for the Thanksgiving week. It had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving feast and more. We loved that it was 2 houses in one. Everyone had space to be social or be alone when they wanted. The pit was also a hit with our guests. We enjoyed the leisure walks to the beach and the few neighbors we saw were very friendly. Grace was very responsive, flexible and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a great one. Overall, we look forward to vacation here again!

The cottages where beautiful, and in a quiet, private area. Everything we could possibly need was taken care of like pans, silverware,dishes, stuff to do laundry, all the pamphlets and information to find anything you may want to see or do. It was big enough to accommodate my whole family comfortably and allowed us all to spend time together and still bebe able to get the quiet time when you needed it. Beach was an easy walk and the water was warm and calm, great for swimming. Low ride brought plenty of surprised with plenty of shells, but more exciting where the live crabs, and sea creatures hanging out in the tidal pools. Over all it was an amazing vacation and we are already looking forward to next year.

We recently vacationed at this lovely home in Eastham. Having rented other places in the past on the Cape, I would definitely give this one five stars. We were three couples and 3 single adults. The accommodations were perfect for our group with room to spare! It would be excellent for children as well. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, beautiful yards were ideal for lounging in the shade on the provided hammocks and chairs. We dined in a lot as my husband loves to cook and we found everything we needed in the well supplied kitchens. We had plenty of room for meals indoors and out, with both gas and charcoal grills, even fire pits for after dark campfires. We were all very impressed with the comfortable beds and furniture and loved all the tasteful decor. The outdoor showers were a big hit! But all that was only when we were "home." Our excursions ran the gamut from quick walks/bike rides to CrooksBrook Beach to view amazing sunsets, to kayaking/swimming at high tide, and beachcombing at low tide to boogie boarding and beaching at the wilder National seashore beaches which were also a nice bike ride away. Being centrally located provided excursions to Provincetown and Chatham, where we did some serious shopping! Grocery stores, seafood markets and wonderful restaurants were also plentiful and within reasonable driving distances. The listing description was spot on, the property very well maintained and clean. the owners were very friendly and accessible. I would recommend this home for any group, large or small, both cottages being equally wonderful!

This property was even better than we expected. We were there with our two adult children and their families which included two toddlers. The home is walking distance to a bay beach…perfect for little ones. The outdoor space is very large with lots of room and a great feeling of safety for kids. We had a great time.
