Rooms were spacious. The bartender was very nice!!!

We called to make sure pool's was working and was told yes and then when we got there it was "broken". They told us we had to walk next door to us their pool. It was 20 degree and talking outside to get back to pool was not ideal. Walls in room had stuff splattered all over them.

The rooms are very clean! Peaceful and very quiet.

It’s a great location with good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was good.

The bar was closed but we were well taken care of by Justin.

the staff was very personable. the facility was extremely clean though slightly dated.

no heat lamp in bathroom. front desk didn’t answer the phone in the evening . toilet paper was thin and rough.

Not much to do around the area. But still haave mostly what you need.

I was made aware there were several people hanging out on my truck, using the hood of my truck as their personal bar. when I went out to address, they were rolling joints on the hood of my truck. I asked them to stop, I than made the counter guy aware, more or less he told me his shift was over in 20 minutes and there was nothing he could do. I asked again, he offered to call the police, which he did. he was more concerned with getting a bad review versus trying to help find a resolve. it’s is absolutely unacceptable to have your property abused in this manner and than told “Oh Well”. we will never stay wormy this chain again. please call me.

Breakfast is listed as a full hot breakfast on your website but it was a crappy continental breakfast and would have been a deciding factor, I would have used another facility, it is misleading. Also the hot tub was broken, which would have been nice after a long day of driving.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Everyone was friendly and answered any questions we had. Would recommend and will be staying whenever we travel again.

The room was nice and spacious.

The pool was really nasty and not clean. Their was hair and a used dirty bandaid in pool. The hot tub wasn't working which is one of the main reason we chose this hotel. The room was also not cleaned well. Their were another guests clothing items left in the room. The tub and shower were not clean dirt ring around the tub. Just not very clean at all. Considering what great reviews this hotel had I was very disappointed.

There were a few crumbs of food inside the sleeper sofa. But other than that no complaints

Size of rooms

The couch was dirty in our 1st room. Moved to another room and that one was dirty too but not as bad. Bed was not as comfortable as I hoped
