We had perfect stay at Dekaderon Lux at May 2023. The whole staff was so helpful and friendly every time we needed something. The appartment with the sea view was incredibly beautiful😍 Big recommendation!

Comfortable and clean appartment with a gorgeous view, friendly staff and a nice restaurant. We had a wonderful lunch and dinner there. The walk to the center is about 2km, so the location is good. Very dog friendly, which was nice in our case. The swimming pool looks great, but unfortunately for us, the weather was not. It is a major plus though!

It took 1,5h to prepare our breakfast (there were 3 tables, and we were 1 of those) so they need to find a way to optimize the kitchen to not let customers wait for so long. They were very apologetic though and I am sure they will fix this in the future.

Our balcony had part sea view which was lovely but it mostly looked at the unfinished half constructed building next door which was a bit of an eyesore. So I would definitely try to get a full sea view room if you can. The kids ‘playground’ or toys were a bit disappointing.

Bathroom had a bad smell & some mould. 20min brisk walk to town. Breakfast was limited-no cereals, fresh bread or fruit etc. Orange juice was from a can!

Great location with an amazing view. Staff were amazing, especially stasha who was so helpful with everything and made our trip so special. Make sure to ask to use bikes as makes it so easy to get into town and also to restaurants like vila marija which is amazing and great spot for lunch - can swim in the sea.

quite hard to find location - location is wrong on maps / booking.com, needs to be further down the road the electrical wire slightly ruins view, but was told they are removing it for next summer which is good news

Only one word required - Exceptional! Highly recommend Dekaderon Lux. If you're looking for very comfortable, well apointed accommodation with priceless views, look no further. I promise you, you won't regret booking here for a very memorable stay. We booked 2 nights stay and received a very generous upgrade as we were celebrating a significant birthday and Sacha, who manages guest relations, was brilliant in arranging every detail to make the stay amazing, from surprise flowers, wine, ordering a cake (by special request) and booking a restaurant in the bay with transport to & from, & taxis elsewhere. Our thanks to all the Dekaderon Lux team & the owners but especially Sasha, who was super friendly & very attentive to our requests; they all really went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay. We will, without any doubt, be back for another stay but next time for much longer!

Not being able to stay - forever!

Everything was amazing here. This is the best place to stay when visiting Kotor. The setting and apartments are beautiful and the hosts go out of their way to make everything perfect for your stay.

The room, views and pool were all outstanding. Within easy walking distance to the old town or a short taxi ride. The hosts were friendly and helpful and assisted with arranging taxis.

It is a matter of personal preference but we found the poolside music distracting.

3rd time in Kotor and by far the best beautiful apartment with stunning views , the staff Stasa and Tam Tam were attentive and caring nothing was too much trouble, truly a gem of a place to stay in Kotor, book it you will not be disappointed

Hidden gem with the most stunning view in all of Kotor bay. The views from the balcony and outdoor pool at sunset were simply breathtaking. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay and the hosts were so helpful. The hosts went out of their way to help us at any time. They even offered to print our bus tickets and call taxi’s for us, which we really appreciated. This apartment really made our trip to Kotor an unforgettable experience. The views from the balcony and pool caught so much attention when we shared online, so i’m sure the apartment will be fully booked for the foreseeable future. If the apartment is available for your dates, book it straight away, it’ll be the best decision you’ll make on your trip to Kotor!

A small smell of cigarettes in the room

The apartment is big, clean, the bed very comfortable, the towels are changed daily. The pool is filled with sea water, the temperature is just fine and it is not crowded at all (bonus- you can even swim in the evening). There is parking right in front of the room entrance.

The accommodation is situated across the bay from Kotor old town, about 25 minutes of walking, but the taxis are cheap (2.5 euros) so that's not really a problem.

Bojana and her daughter are increadibly helpful. Room view is insane.. Its like a dream

We spent two nights at DekaderonLux Apartments and it was the best accommodation during our whole trip around Montenegro. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Wonderful pool with salty water, sun beds with beach towels, spotless linen and towels, changed every day. The property was clean, fresh and well maintained. Very quiet neighbourhood. The view from the balcony and the pool costs a million! Bojana was an exceptional host, she did her best to make our stay comfy. We will definitely be back to stay again.

The view has no price... Extremely helpful and nice staff! The apartment was perfectly clean, with all facilities. There is no better place to stay in Kotor. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.
