Had a great stay. =)

My family and I was looking a place to pass this long weekend in a big house with pool and Kim & Wendie have this comfortable house for this. With all this situation of COVID-19 we were looking to spend time all the family together enjoing in the pool. We were 6 adults and 4 kids, all of us slept in a comfortable bed and enjoy all the house. We made a BBQ and saw the fireworks from the pool area. The house was very clean and with everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool/air hockey table. The temperature of the pool in this season is great, you don't need the heater. We didn't go to the parks but you have all you need to buy very close.

The process of booking was fast and simple. Get to the house was easy because, good location. The house was clean, organized and has everything you need to feel like home. Perfect home for a relaxing family vacation.

Great experience for this weekend. Great for a family trip. Pool was great, check in process was easy with an access code, AC was excellent. Only complaint would have to be the WiFi is a bit slow and turns on and off occasionally. Other than that, excellent experience. I would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you

Such a wonderful place to stay...close to all amenities, Publix, gas stations, pizza stores, everything...Room for the entire family to enjoy themselves....The pool was fantastic, PLUS we saw the small gator in the lake behind the house...We also were able to see the SpaceX rocket as a ball of fire, rise above the trees from the pool deck at night.....Great place to call home..

Wonderful property. Everything you need is at the villa. Great location. That is way we continue to rent this villa on our trips to Orlando.

Everything with the home was amazing. Our family enjoyed it very much. We had enough space to spend time together as well as our alone time when needed. The pool was the highlight for all the adults and the kids. The only thing I can advise them is to replace the BBQ, we tried to BBQ some burgers but it was so damaged that the oil was leaking down to the propane tank so we had to turn it off to avoid a hazardous situation. Other then that thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Great location from all disney parks and universal. The house slept 9 of us comfortably and had every accommodation needed!

Spacious and clean. 5 minute drive to well stocked supermarket, 20 min drive to Disney, on average 40/45 minutes to Universal (although we stayed during August which may have added extra time). Comfortable beds, gated neighbourhood which is generally quite quiet. Pool was warm enough in August without heating. Couple of minor issues which were sorted out in 24/48 hours.

Loved the property. House was Very accommodating and spacious and the location was within minutes of everything.

The house was perfect for our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone. Very quite and peaceful community. Just what we wanted.

We had a big family it was plenty of room for us the pool was really nice the house was nice and clean and had everything we needed the owners was prompt to our needs I will be back next year. Close to stores and attractions

Very close to Disney and Universal. Stores close by to stock up on food and supplies. House well maintained and property managers prompt to fix issues.

House was wonderful

Liked the house, pool was great. They kept up on the pool. Next time I will know that I should get heated so we can stay in the pool longer at night in april. Only used 3 bed rooms out of the 5 available all nice sizes. Very close to the stores and not far from Tampa or Disney. Loved the master bath with walk out to the pool. Wild life in the back yard as well as the hot air ballons were a nice surprise. Owners responded quickly to text messages. Kids wished they could have used the xbox during the stay. Would use the home again if staying in florida or if the owners had any other properties. No control over just observations: other guests very loud across way in the back of the house. Lots of cars near the entrance, newer tvs but took a bit with all the controls to get them to work. The shower hot and cold in reverse or needs to heat up. Tap water tasted good. House was nice just like the pictures. Didnt like the carpet in livingroom. Safety fence took two people to close and hook. Supplies were in good stock. Loved the security on the door to the pool area.

We - 10 family members - had a wonderful Florida vacation. The villa is well maintained in a great location. We will be returning again.

We loved it. I recommend the heated pool. It is heated to a very warm temperature so you can use it dayvand night

Fix our needs.

We loved it! With two families getting together to vacay with 7 children it’s often hard to find a place to accommodate us and have enough activities to keep them entertained. Well, this place did not disappoint! The pool, gaming consoles, cable TVs and much more catered to all of their needs. The adults loved to relax on the lani at night while the kids were winding down inside. It was a GREAT stay! We’ll definitely be looking to stay again when coming back. Thanks for sharing your spacious, comfortable and clean home.

We stayed here for a family vacation before our wedding. This place was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, pool for the kiddos, and plenty of space for relaxation! If we ever get the chance to come back to Florida, we would love to stay here again.

I can't say enough great things about this house and Kim the owner (whom it was our pleasure to meet before we left the house). Our family loved staying in this home (all 8 of us). It was very clean, spacious and is located in a very nice gated community. The pictures on the web site are of the exact house with all furnishings as shown. It had everything there to make our stay feel like we were home. One of the highlights for our family was seeing the Alligator in the pond behind the house which we saw almost daily. The home is located very close to Disney World! So we didn't have to travel long at all for the parks. There is a Publix grocery store and CVS pharmacy within 1 mile of the house which was very convenient also. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Florida. Also I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great stress free vacation from great owners.

we had a great time here - the house is wonderful. lots of room for everyone. close to everything but not too close. quiet area.

Everything here is as promised. Disneyworld is less than 10 minutes away and there are great amenities (grocery, gas, restaurants, and a $10 manicure!) just around the corner. The house is very well laid out with the 3 rooms and a bath at one end of the house, and two masters each with ensuites at the other. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything. The washer/dryer were great, and the internet was invaluable when planning your Disney day. The pool was a perfect size, and the screened in porch overlooking the pond was a highlight for my kids who loved to look for the small gator swimming in the pond. Kim was excellent to deal with, and we will definitely stay here again!

For the price, this house can't be beat. Easy shot up I-4 to D-world. Publix market a mile away. Comfortably tight for 10, a little bit crowded for 12 (but do-able if needed).
