Great location - just a block from the c line and the Lincoln market. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants etc. Owner was prompt answering queries. Comfortable and clean! Highly recommend!

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The bedroom is great- spacious and comfortable and the kitchen-living room area are very nice. The bathroom needs getting used to, because of the very large old style bathtub, but towels and linens were amply provided and Frances is very responsive and kind. We stayed for 3 weeks, having had to cut our stay short for personal reasons, and the place felt like home. The proximity of the Franklin subway station (A and C) made it very easy to get to Manhattan, and I highly recommend Franklin Market, which has everything.

Beautiful apartment at the edge of Clinton Hill

I really enjoyed my two month stay! The host was respectful of my space and responded quickly. The bed is quite firm, but otherwise this apartment was a huge reason why I had such a wonderful trip!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and perfect for a fun Brooklyn visit. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Frances was a very helpful and responsive host. We'll definitely be back!

Clean and cozy!
Needed a place to stay while my daughter self-isolated herself upon returning back to college. Nice 1 bedroom apartment with small kitchen, perfect for the 2 of us.

Lovely apartment in a vibrant neighborhood with a wonderful host
The apartment is beautiful with a great kitchen. Frances, my hostess, is delightful, attendant and now feels like a friend. I fell in love with the vibrancy of the neighborhood. The was the perfect spot for mother-daughter time before my daughter moved into college!

This by far has been the BEST STAY-cation while here in NYC. Frances & her husband were more than accomondating. Check in & out was more than easy. The place was absolutly beautiful I cant say that enough, comfortable, immaculate and over all home away from home. I would 100% reccomend staying here.

Perfect Brooklyn experience
I had a fantastic stay at Frans place. Apartment is even better than in the pictures and is decorated with Lots of style. The neighborhood is awesome with lots of restaurants, bars, and close by transit. Fran lives downstairs and was always there for Any concerns that arose. Would stay here 100x Over.

Manager attempted to try to get me to pay second part of my stay in bank transfer or cash. Never accepted bank transfer - I even offered to have my bank walk her through the process- and told me I “never paid” and I had to be out immediately. Would not allow me to extend my rental via credit card, even though that is what we had agreed on prior to my stay. When I declined To give her cash she told me I had to be out immediately ( regardless of her knowing I was a nurse in NY on a crisis assignment and had to be at work) she then sent multiple texts stating how I was “dishonest” and how me rushing out (to get to work on time) showed my intentions. She was terrible. I had multiple packages sent there after I left that she took inside and did not return to fed ex, nor did she leave them out for me to get. AVOID!!

Great Property
Would definitely stay here again. The property is right around the corner from the AC train. Super clean, super up to date furnishings and fully equipped kitchen.

Great place for us
My friend and I loved staying here. It had been perfect for us on a long weekend stay. We have enjoyed Brooklyn on foot and via uber. And Manhattan was very accessible. This place is very clean, comfortable, well appointed, and quiet. Fran has been terrific to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Big Apple Getaway
We had a wonderful stay Frances was a wonderful and accommodating host when our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1am. The accommodation is well equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend it.

Brooklyn Home away from Home
Great property. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and nice living area. Location is great. Near subway with easy commute to Manhattan. Neighborhood is safe and very walkable . Try out The Fly if you get a chance just a block away.Frances is great on check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York.

We found the apartment comfortable convenient to access the subway to get into Manhatten.
The apartment was clean and had everything necessary for a super holiday.

Brooklyn Beauty
The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Even the mattress on the sofa bed was very comfy! During our visit the temperature dropped down into the low 30s-high 20s. While we were out and about the owner very thoughtfully left us some extra blankets. The subway is a short walk away. We didn’t explore the surrounding neighborhood much, maybe next time. Overall it was a really good experience.

Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Frances and the Clinton Premier home. Access to transit was great, including city bike at the end of the street, so we were able to explore Brooklyn well. Frances was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was spacious! We enjoyed lazy mornings sipping coffee and preparing for our days, which suited our laid back agenda for our trip. I would highly recommend this location for any Brooklyn bound adventure.

Brooklyn Brownstone
Excellent communication with Frances, before and during our stay. Close to a subway station. Area well served with restaurants and coffee shops.The accommodation was outstanding and exactly as seen in the pictures.

When in New York..STAY HERE
Place was incredible!! It was beautiful and clean. Bed and furniture all so comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. Kitchen was fully equipped. Frances supplied coffee for which I was thankful. Location was close to everything we needed..sub way restaurants grocery all super close. 20 min train ride to 9/11 memorial and super easy to navigate. Frances was awesome and available from time of booking thru checkout.

The Brownstone you will love
Easy check-in. Fran was there as soon as we arrived. She was nice and informative. Her place is spacious and everything you need! It was beautiful inside and the neighborhood was quiet and clean!!! This was the vacation we needed being away from the big city and to be able to have family over.

Wonderful, Super Clean, Convenient to anywhere in NYC!
This place is a true gem! Everything from the level of communication with the hosts to the safety of the neighborhood to the convenience of the nearby subway station and Barclays Center.... it was all just too perfect. The apartment itself was spotless and well taken care of. Modern touches like the ductless AC unit really helped. Satellite TV was nice. The bathroom is beautiful (although you should be careful getting in and out of the bathtub since it's a vintage-style claw foot bathtub with nothing solid to grab onto... lol). The accommodations went above and beyond... everything from lots of bathroom supply options to bottled water in the fridge, extra pillows and blankets, and hundreds of tv channels. The hosts were amazing. So fun to talk with, and full of great suggestions for navigating the city. All in all, one of the best places we've stayed around the country.

Wonderful accommodations!
We have rented properties in many places and nations and this was the best apartment we ever rented. Having a king size bed was very important in our decision. Convenient to subway...Uber available within 5 minutes if needed. First rate...highly recommended.
