Great location for our purposes

I absolutely loved this place! Every person on the staff were so eager to help and nice. The Hotel itself was quiet and beautiful. Very cozy feeling. And when I rented the sauna on the roof, I had the whole roof to myself!! The view was outstanding!! I highly recommend this place without a hesitation.

Special/unique/quiet place, located in a lovely neighborhood. This is not a standard hotel room /cabin. The host is very friendly and helpful. Jerusalem is reachable by public transportation (line 28 and then light train)

Overall excellent - quirky, fun place with an amazing terrace and downstairs cafe area. Room was comfortable and mostly very clean, good facilities including kitchen area with microwave. Location in Ein Kerem is fantastic, and while the downstairs cafe is Kosher, local restaurants were all open over Shabbat and last day of Sukkot which was really helpful to us as tourists. Staff very helpful on phone and for helping us get in to the room. Fantastic value for money for the location.

Room was not well soundproofed and we could hear noise on terrace from other guests. A few cleaning details missed (e.g. ensuring open toiletries from previous guest were cleared away). Parking was a little challenging.

The day when we left the apartment.

Everything was orrible. The apartment was dirty and smelly (especially the toilet,terrible smell), kitchen sink full of ants and not even enough glass or cuttlery for only 4 people. The entire building is dirty, with furniture clearly taken out of the garbage. There is no care about security concerning elecricity plugs and connectors hanged on walls and floor. Concerning the terrace, despite the view everything else is a shame, there are also smelly, dirty chikens closed in their cage or freely walking around the terrace. The yacuzzi...we did not even enter that room, looking from outside everything was far from being respecting any sanitary or security rule. Really fo nog know how this accomodation structure can still be open. Last but not least, the price is embarassing high for the complete absence of quality.

The location was perfect for touring the Ein Karem area as well as other parts of Jerusalem. The staff were super friendly, flexible and helpful, including moving our group of 4 to a more suitable room without any fuss or bother at all.

The booking.com description of the room we reserved was not entirely accurate. It listed 1 queen sized bed and one sofa bed (to sleep 2) but the room contained 1 queen sized bed and two mattresses, one of which was too small for an adult to sleep comfortably.

The welcoming staff treated us to their delicious chocolates upon arrival, and offered the room earlier than expected. We stayed at one of the villas with 2 rooms - very convenient with a baby. The restaurant is just outside the rooms and serves simple and tasty meals 8:00-20:00 - another handy point if your kid takes a nap and you want to relax and grab a bite.

There was a fridge in the room, but it was super loud.

We loved absolutely everything! The location was PERFECT, the people were beyond wonderful, and the food was outstanding (and Kosher!). We would happily come back and highly recommend.

Although in the description it said that there a hot tub which can be used - the owner told us upon arrival that it costs a staggering 200 NIS per hour!! Shame on you! In my opinion a little expensive for what you get here.

The facial hair in the sink reminded me of my shared flat times as a student.
