Frühstück haben wir selbst gemacht, 200m weiter ist eine backery, die Verbindung ist gut. Die Tiefgarage ist ein großes Plus. mobilis Ticket für den ganzen Tag, 14 Euro p.P. Rezeption unkompliziert. Bahnhof gut zu erreichen Linie E bis Metro. ohne Mängel, wäre es ok.

Wohnung insgesamt unsauber, Spüle defekt, Abfluß kaputt, musste man immer unten festhalten beim Aufwaschen, läuft in den Schrank. Muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Zwei Teller, ein Löffel usw, für 4 Personen. Bloß gut, das wir eigenes Besteck mithatten. Es ist nur ein super kleiner Topf als einziges vorhanden, in dem alles zubereitet werden muss. Also z.B. Spaghetti auf mindestens zweimal. kein Wasserkocher für Tee, z.B.. Wir haben uns Teller im Restaurant geholt. Im Bad ist der Abfluß verstopft. Lief seit Anfang an nicht ab. Wohnung kann so nicht vermietet werden. Toilettenzubehör neu anschrauben.

L’espace dans la chambre était super

Il est pas indiqué que la chambre se trouve dans une maison de retraite, ce que je pense être un point important , de plus l’équipement tel que le peignoir n’est pas fourni et le fait de se promener en maillot devant nos retraités était malaisant

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean apartments. Night Blinds are just awesome, can make night in room even during the day time and go to sleep. Very quiet area. Shops just a few minutes from residence. Balcony available if you love to spend the morning with a cup of coffee or tea! Secured underground parking if you are traveling by car. Lift available to any floor.

Beds for us weren't very comfy, but each to their own.

Location was a 10 minute easy walk to the train station to get into Paris. Travel time into Paris was approximately 25-30 minutes depending if the train made lots of stops. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Balcony was an added bonus. Nice to have a separate living space to bedrooms.

Not enough cutlery for 3 or 4 people. For example, there was only 1 knife and 1 fork, There were only 2 wine glasses (one of which was cracked) and 1 glass hi ball. Had to ask at reception for WIFI access. They did not give it to you - you had to give them your devices and they would log you in.

We were so pleased with this find. We booked for Disneyland Paris which was approx 25 mins away by car. There was lots of free and secure underground parking, extremely helpful staff (who all spoke great English). The apartment/room was huge and really surpassed expectations for the price we had paid. The pool area was great, we used this everyday. All areas of the property were extremely clean. Close to a couple of shops and a boulangerie which was amazing. would recommend

Clean, nice located, comfortable.

Internet didn't work during my entire stay there (4 nights!!).

I liked the amenities of the room. Stove top, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, etc. The rooms were spacious, I loved the deck overlooking the street. I loved so much about the apartments. Pool and sauna were very nice, free parking was the cherry on top.

Unfortunately the wifi and ac weren't working. Didn't bother us because it's mid April and we spent the majority of the time out of the room.

Amazing pool, fabulous room, perfect location to get public transport into Paris centre

Told we had to buy swim caps at €5 each to use the pool, but then nobody else wore them and not sure why we would have to wear them.

An enormous, gorgeous apartment with a deliciously comfortable bed and a really lovely swimming pool. Excellent facilities and pleasant staff, even if they don't speak much English.

The location is not as ideal as expected for getting to Disneyland or Paris. It takes a good hour to get to either by public transport from the hotel, so for a short trip you spend a lot of money and time to-ing and fro-ing on the RER. Some of the more elderly residents looked a bit bothered about us being there with our (well-behaved and quiet) 4 year old.

The WiFi did not work.

What you get for what you pay is very good. The apartments are big, and have everything you need. The place is located near the train station, so you do not even need to use your car. Conveniently located between Paris and Disneyland (our primary destination), and in a quiet neighborhood. Very good warm pool.

Basically, we could not connect to WiFi. There is WiFi with strong signal, but with "No Internet". We tried to have this solved, but to no avail. So, my experience says: Do not count on Internet there. There is no instruction on the outside of the building on how to ring to reception. At the same time you need someone to open the front door for you when you arrive. It took some 10 minutes waiting outside to grab the attention of the reception, so they can open for us. The staff has limited knowledge of English. This one is not something that we did not like, but it should be communicated properly to visitors: The "hotel" is actually an elderly people home. We had no issues with this, but it is a good thing to know.
