Nice room with good coffee for breakfast. Also close to good restaurant and not too far from train station.

Check-in was not good. We tried to make arrangements ahead of time but nobody was there when we showed up. We waited more than 2 hours and we still didn't get access to the room until 5pm

The description and the photos were misleading - this is a room within an apartment that has two more rooms. Check-out at 09:30 was most unwelcome

Very clean

No WIFI and air conditioning leaked water everywhere, including our luggage. No extra bedding for 2 separate travellers.

We booked this room an hour before arriving as we were on a road trip. Instructions to get it were very clear and made for an easy and self sufficient stay. The room was clean and neat but nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable for an easy night's sleep before continuing our travels. I accidentally left a favourite top there though, and the owner/manager was really helpful in retrieving it and putting it in a place for me to collect a few days later when we could pass by again. Much appreciated, grazie mille!

Not worth the money because of the location and room size and very early check out without breakfast, but seems that this is what you get from 150€ in La Spezia.

I booked large room but they gave me small. Check out was at 9:30 am which was wired.

The room and bathroom were clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, the pillows could be better. Good aircondition. Sockets near the bed

It was near the train station but an uphill walk so difficult with luggage. If you have luggage you need a taxi from the train station which costs €15 minimum for a 5 minute drive. We wanted to leave our luggage in the room before our check in time. We texted with the owner and she agreed that we can do that. However when we arrived at the property, there was no one there to let us in and then a cleaner came who did not speak english so we could not communicate. No lift in the property so have to carry luggage up one flight of stairs.

Clean tidy room with all necessary equipment and toiletries. The coffee machine in the hallway is a great addition.

The apartament is nice But they had a lot of mosquitos inside , we Couldnt sleep.

Actually neighbours complainee while arriving that we should not park on the street even its public and free. When we left our car was damaged and I think this was on purpose

The room was very nice and the location was good.

Some of the staff only spoke italian which made the communication a bit tricky.

If you are lucky, you can find a parking place outside the apartment for free. In 10 minutes walking you reach the train station and in 20 minutes the center of the town. The owner is very kind.

Unfortunately some towels and the pillows were not very clean.
