Localisation sûre et bien situé
Le mobilier très ancien,
Moquette pas très propre, j'ai préféré garder mes chaussures tout le long.
La baignoire n'était pas très fonctionnelle : le débit du pommeau était très faible, et il n'y avait pas de pare baignoire !! Mais un rideau de douche bien sale !!
Aucune isolation phonique !!

We are check in 5th floor. But our room door can’t be locked.
Durning night, can you imagine, sleeping in a room with door open
!!!! Staff name “EMMA” she is unfriendly person. We have this problem, she wanna us call police. She said : call police or give me 25€ get out hotel.!!!!
This hotel is the most terrible expensive i had durning my trip.

De locatie was prima en we konden ook laat inchecken, maar daarmee is ook alles gezegd..
Wat een onwijs vies en oud hotel! In de kamer zat een flinke schimmelvorming en het was slecht te ventileren in de ruimte.
Ik vind het eigenlijk te gek voor worden dat het tegen een prijs van respectievelijk € 125,00 per nacht verhuurd wordt. De ventilatie maakte de ruimte warm en er kwam enkel kabaal uit. Daarnaast is het meubilair is erg oud en aan vervanging toe. De badkamer was ook weinig goed schoon gemaakt en had smerige voegen. De douche werkte ook niet naar behoren. De glazen die in de ruimte stonden waren zelfs niet schoon. Zo kan ik doorgaan. Ik heb foto’s gemaakt ter illustratie, maar ik kan er maar vier toevoegen terwijl er veel meer kan worden gedeeld aan gebreken.
Al met al echt een absolute afrader.

Airco werkte niet. Toch was er een toestel die continu lawaai maakte.

In de beschrijving stond badkamer met bad en douche. Er was alleen een douche. Dat vond ik wel jammer. De verlichting had ook wat beter gekund. Het was erg donker.

Die Lage des Hotels war prima und Autoparkplatz.
Die Badausstattung -Duschvorrichtung defekt -es lief kaum Wasser zum Duschen.

De locatie, zeer dicht bij het treinstation en het stadscentrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Bagage bij de lobby achtergelaten en naar de Zoo, de zaterdagmarkt, trappen bij de haven en het nabijgelegen park gewandeld.
Alles was super netjes en het ontbijt was heerlijk en met zorg gepresenteerd.
We hadden de ruime kamer geboekt met dakterras. Redelijk mooi uitzicht over de stad. De kamer kon wel een likje verf gebruiken. De bedden waren goed.

Oud, vies en niet verzorgd. Veel te duur. De ligging van de locatie was prima. +- 10 min loopafstand van het centrum. Kamers toe aan renovatie.

De kamer (108) zat naast de verouderde piepende goederen lift, die vanaf 7 uur ochtends gebruikt wordt door personeel. Was bijna geen waterdruk in de douche. Netjes doorgegeven aan receptie volgende ochtend.

bij aankomst hadden we geen 2pers. bed terwijl dit wel geboekt en voor betaald was. uiteindelijk wel gekregen.
De kamer was echt niet schoon, en kon volgens de receptie niet meer schoongemaakt worden.
En dan voor € 150 per nacht vindt ik dat echt niet netjes.

Decent size room, had UK TV channels when the TV decided to work.
The bed was 2 singles pushed together with a fairly large gap in the middle. Mattresses were extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. The air-conditioning and the bedside lamps didn't work. TV barely worked. All the fixtures in the room were very old and worn. The cleaner told us off for being too loud which is just weird and doesn't say much for the sound insulation. The picture on the hotels profile is the city's beautiful train station and not in fact the Astoria Hotel which is some 10 mins away in a more or less residential area, I feel this is a blatant attempt to deceive and there appear to be better accommodations available for less.

Closet was missing many shelves; security box did not work; many lamps did not have light bulbs; there was only one light bulb in the room, which went off in the middle of the night

Location is amazing. Parking is available.
Parking is quite expensive and it is good if you have a smaller car. Breakfast ok but also quite expensive. Hotel already a little bit older.

Need a lot of basic maintenance. The carpet was dirty in the room which was so bad I didn’t walk barefoot.
