Silent room

The location is perfect, near the train station and walking distance from the city centre. The breakfast was great, lots of choices. Staff was very helpful and professional.

Somehow even though the bath towels were clean, there was a kitchen smell on them, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The personal was nice and kindness

Wonderful location if you are coming in/out via train. The street has lots of great restaurants too. The women at reception were very friendly, helpful and attentive. For such a central location, the room was surprisingly quiet.

The hotel itself is dated. My room was very small with little space to move around the bed. The kettle was on top of the workspace - it all felt quite cramped. I was out of my room majority of the day, but it wouldn’t be great if you planned to work from your room.

The room I stayed could see a little bit of sunset, which was a little bonus for myself! The location were great as it's very close to the train and bus station. The staff was very helpful upon my arrival.

There was no highchair available for 1 year old so he had a melt down over breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The location is very nice with a lot of cafés and restaurants nearby and very close to the train station. The elevator was nice.

The rooms were small. The bathrooms were quite small too.

i booked a twin bed and I was told that it’s a single bed and I need to top up money for two persons. How on earth is a twin bed a single bed? Even when paid extra, the room is only prepared for a single person- single towel, single coffee/tea bag etc.
