De locatie was voor ons erg goed en het ontbijtbuffet was ook prima.
De “comfort driepersoonskamer” bleek een tweepersoonskamer met een bijzetbed. Dit bed was knap waardeloos Het lag in tegenstelling tot de andere bedden niet goed en piepte en kraakte bij ook maar de geringste beweging.
Het was zo’n bijzetbed met stalen uitklap poten. De kamer was prima maar niet heel groot. Door het bijzetbed werd het meer klein. (Hadden het wat ruimer verwacht) De badkamer was netjes maar heel erg klein. Kon je niet met 2 tegelijk op. Wat ook niet klopte in de boeking was dat er op beide kamers die wij geboekt hadden en gratis fles mineraalwater zou staan. Verder niet heel belangrijk maar zet het er dan
niet in.
Het inchecken (wij waren de enige) duurde eigenlijk te lang…kan dat niet online? Vriendelijkheid van personeel vond ik ietsje beter kunnen (was oké, maar niet meer dan dat) maar dit was niet voor élk personeelslid want er was ook een hele vriendelijke gast bij de receptie. Helaas hielp de andere ons.

De kamer was in orde.
De mogelijkheid tot parkeren. Te weinig gratis parkeerplaatsen. Je kon wel ondergronds parkeren maar dit is tegen betaling.

Prima hotel met dito ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel en schone kamers, bar en ruimtes. Genoeg ruimte om te parkeren.
Ondanks een overnachting is het bed wat aan de harde kant.

The restaurant and the breakfast were excellent.
The corridors were with scuffs on the walls, carpet was stained. Our room smells funny at the moment we went in it. Looks like the ventilation is not good. It’s good that the windows are able to open!

The room was too small to be called a family room, and the curtain was visibly dirty.
One time we got for the dinner at the restaurant of the hotel soba noodles. Firstly the noodles were apparently no soba noodles, secondly it tasted completely without any flavor. Upon questioning the waiter told us nothing was wrong, the dish was just like that. I very well know how should soba noodles look and taste like.

parking and reception double booked my room. additional guests entered my room at 1am while I was in the shower. They were given room keys to my room. My room key was deactivated.

The breakfast is miss-sold. When booking online it states that the breakfast is included in the booking making me think it’s is part of the room price. However, the ‘breakfast’ food and drinks are charged as an extra cost each day during my stay, and I got that unpleasant surprise on my departure. This is a false and missleading statement, where the customer should be made aware on arrival that the breakfast is an EXTRA daily charge and NOT part of the room booking, and should be given the choice of declining that charge.

The staff were friendly and the bed was very comfortable.
The hotel is far away from the center and the train station. Our room was quite small. The bathroom could be cleaner.

Cleaning staff entered room THREE times before check-out time, felt pressured to leave quickly. Knocked and entered immediately on all 3 occasions.
The room is comfortable, however it is clear the bathrooms have been refurbished but the rooms themself haven’t, would be nice to see the room itself repainted.

Disgusting blood stain in the rooms carpet. Unacceptable.
The evening waitress was so rude and kept ignoring us. I had to complain to tjr manager. The waitresses attitude changed...for the better, yes, but we shouldn't have to ask to be treated with kindness and respect in such hotel.
The room was clean but not ventilated. It smelled like three people lived there and didn't leave the room for days.
Rooms must have open windows and fresh air to welcome the next guest.

it’s just a few km from Phantasialand, just 600 meter walking distance there is a nice place to eat pizza, burgers and pasta. the rooms are clean and the shower is big. free wifi.
For parking they have plenty of space. breakfast was nice.
Only German and French channels on TV. Add soms Dutch TV channels.
The room was too hot, like a sauna. the airco didn’t cool down the temperature while it was on maximum power. We had to open the window for several hours to make the room a little bit less hot. When you open the window the airco automatically stops.
bar was closed during our stay.
