No había habitaciones con King size disponibles pero el gerente autorizó upgrade a suite, excelente detalle.

Todo bien, atención excelente, las habitaciones cumplen bien y la ubicación es genial para mis necesidades.

No pude valorarlo, puesto que llegando al hotel me dijeron que no les importaba que hiciera mi reservación por Booking, que no la respetaban y que me fuera a otro hotel.

Que me cancelaran la reserva ya estando en el hotel y a las 11:30 de la noche. Haciéndome gastar de nuevo en servicio de taxi y en un hotel más caro.

The rooms where clean

They took more then 40 min to book us,, 3 pm was are check in and had me waiting till 3:45 pm there was staff but didn't seem to care if I waited or not

The only thing we liked was the location.

The rooms were super small, you can hear the noise at the other rooms and people outside, the facility looks old, some lights at the room didn't work, the tv was super old, small and wasn't even wall mount so it takes space from the counter, the staff always look like they were mad, the only staff members that were nice were the waitress at the restaurant.

Location was fine

Dirty rooms and dirty towels. A/C didn’t work and threw water at us. It’s been truly the worst experience ever at a hotel. Towels were all dirty and nasty. TV control didn’t work and room was very dirty.

Staff was very kind and helpful.

Hotel was worn for the price, but not shabby.
