La cortesia dello staff, la pulizia della struttura, la prima colazione la piscina termale interna

L’acqua della piscina esterna non so se fosse termale ma non era calda. Ci si aspettava che fosse a 34 gradi. Le cene non erano particolarmente buone anche se il menù era vario.

It was nice to be able to walk to Ischiaport, downtown and the beach. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. I was very satisfied with the abundance of breads, seasonal fruits, tiramisu, and cappuccinos made by the barista.

For a 4-star hotel, the facilities were not that great. I especially wanted amenities toothbrush, conditioner, hairbrush, etc.

The pool and bar area

4* - no were near Room dated, no slippers, no pool towels, no iron, no tea or coffee, no drinking water, shower broken, no gym (Covid??), safe not working. No info shared on arrival, just given a key!

The rooms were a good size and comfortable, the breakfast pretty good and the gardens and pool looked nice.

The staff were unfriendly & generally unhelpful. Don't come here if you are not Italian as you will not be looked after as well as the locals. In our whole four days we could never get a spot on a sunbed at the pool as they were all reserved (even though the sign clearly states that it is not possible to reserve a sunbed). We asked for assistance with this and were basically ignored and talked about in Italian ( we only speak English). Be careful of the taxi driver they like to book as he charges an inflated price to go to town. Should be 10 euro. Also the WIFI is shocking. Overall Maronti beach was a much nicer experience for us, the staff were just lovely there.

Beautiful property with flowers, herbs, relaxing pool. Breakfast was very nice!

Gorgeous room with a fantastic view of the castle. Spa facilities are fantastic and as good if not better as some of the beach clubs and thermal spas we visited during the stay. Rooms were great size.

The hotel is a distance from the port so was a lot of walking, however, closer to the castle and restaurants. Continental breakfast could have had more variety and hot food option would of made it perfect.
