The place was so beautiful and our villa view was amazing ( sea view). It’s located on the top of a hill and has very beautiful scenery. It’s great place for relaxation and enjoyment of nature. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s one of my favorite resort in Phuket.

The only downside I would think of was that they didn’t have elevators which was really a hustle since we had many luggages. However, the staff were very helpful and they helped us getting our luggages sent to our villa.

Great view and beautiful pools

Very remote with not much around. Beach not easily accessible. Food was good but they seem a little understaffed

1. Resort is very nice and peaceful for stay. 2. Near to sea and can have awesome natural view. 3. Cleanliness and daily room cleaning is good practice.

1. Remote location, the resort is not easily approachable by taxis, cost factor is high here since very few vehicles move on here. 2. Vegetarian food options are not available except pizza, burger and fries. So it is not recommended for people who prefer vegetarian food. 3. Cost of getting facilities from here is expensive than others like money exchange, taxi service, tour trips.

Shower / tub had a half glass wall which we are used to, however water gathered on the edges all around the tub when showering and flowed onto the floor making a big mess. perhaps tilie installed at a slight angle toward the tub would prevent this mess when showering

Pools in the resort are clean and nice, with view of the beach, fantastic place for relaxation. The villa house we used was great for sea view and comfy for stay with your loved ones. Bathroom with huge bathtub but the hot water was not hot enough to fill the tub up.

1. one staff in front office was not friendly to us. pushy and not polite. 2. breakfast was a bit of simple with limited choices, quality of food were not match with the overall standard of the hotel.

We loved the room decoration for our honeymoon. Modern villa with all amenities. Beach front villa. Property was clean and tidy. Use of Kayaks. Hotel use what’s ap so easy to order room service or contact them to get a lift to the top. Good wifi signal across the whole hotel. Big swimming pools. Beat views. Free shuttle bus to Phuket old town. Great for a short stay, due to location I wouldn’t want to stay any longer than 3 nights but lovely quiet area to be in.

It doesn’t have the best beach, however this isn’t the hotels fault. The location is far out and limited options for food/bar however the food we had was good, we didn’t think it was expensive to eat at hotel compared to other hotels we stayed in. Nothing else really we enjoyed our stay!

All the staff was kind and very helpful, specially Mr. Saaed in the restaurant he was very helpful and friendly. Amazing swimming pool with amazing view. Shuttle service and free kayaking. View from the room was super. The breakfast buffet was nice and there was different varieties of food. I ordered many plates from their menu for dinner and i can say i was not disappointed at all.

The shuttle bus to down town afternoon time only drop off, you need to go back on your own which will coast you a bit. Beach are full of small rocks.

I liked how this place was secluded and away from all the craziness that Thailand has to offer. Great resort and was well needed, especially coming from Bangkok

I stayed at the beachfront villa with pool. my absolute one gripe was that you had to text to get picked up for breakfast, check out, drop laundry off, pretty much everything you have to do at the front desk. Sometimes their response was quick, sometimes it took half an hour or a little bit more.

The pool and the shuttle to the beach or the city was very good.

The breakfast and the restaurant looked really cheap which is sad. The beach is really rocky so better just go there on high tide.

It wasn't clean enough, there are way too many stairs all around the hotel - very bad fit for babies/young kids, the location is just really isolated, you also need to take a shuttle to the beach which isn't a great one

Doesn't deserve the 4 stars, nothing is right with this place. The welcome was quite friendly, but not everyone speaks English well enough, so it's difficult to be understood. Our villa was at the bottom of the property, the slope quite steep, so nothing had to be forgotten when we moved. The restaurant team is super disorganized. We waited a very long time to be served, we cleared our table ourselves otherwise nothing would come. Omissions in our order.. The pool, my husband cut his finger in the pool because of the tiles at the bottom of the pool. No bartender at his post, no music, sad. No WiFi in our accommodation, no help from staff. The very isolated establishment, we asked where to dine (because we have already had lunch there) and the manager's response: there is nothing around. Everything is closed. No choice, we eat on place. The air conditioning very noisy, we booked a double bed, we had 2 single beds pushed together, the mattresses very very old, shapeless, hard, impossible to spend a decent night in this place. We communicated our remarks to the staff the next day, their response: Ah ok. I don't recommend this place.

the villa at the beach is beautiful. Nice and clean house. great outdoors area with sea view. Breakfast is good.

the service in the restaurant isn’t good. Takes a long time and they keep forgetting things. Also ordering room service takes a long time. beside that the location is quite remote, so not many other restaurants to choose from. It feels like they need to get used to a greater amount of tourist. The service at the shop and bar takes ridiculously long.

The resort is beautiful. The pool is adequate. Water is clean and its temperatures are very good. The room that we rented was a villa and it was amazing. All the facilities worked as designed to. It was very clean and house keeping was done everyday. The food and beverages were good. Food was very tasty and there was plenty to choose from (breakfast and dinner).

The restaurant's view is magnificent but once its dark you can notice that inside it needs an uplift because it looks aged

The beach looks dirty, part of the day the tide is low so you barely can swim. Everything is far away from the property so if you want to buy some groceries you have to walk almost 3 km to the closest 7eleven or pay a taxi. There are 2 restaurant options: the hotel’s restaurant that take ages to bring the food and one small restaurant close to the beach, I highly recommend the second one.

it was an overnight stay that was close to the airport and the port to get out to the islands. it’s served that purpose.

getting a bit tired. not much action around it and beach is a bit under impressive. staff were struggling to even prepare a drinks bill for us. paying for lunch after checkout seemed like it was a real challenge for them.

It has a beautiful view of the Andaman sea and it’s quiet and private
