1. I had an emergency and had to return home one day earlier and yet the Hotel Manager decided I needed to pay, despite the high season when for sure someone could come. No sensitivity just money making. I got a very small discount. 2. Nowhere is written that the hotel was located at a very high altitude and the road to there was in very poor condition. 3,No views despite the height. 4. Breakfast extremely poor for 150 EUR a night and person. Scrambled eggs with no taste and some sweets. Water from plastic cups! 5. Extremely poor value for the money

Accommodation are shared buildings with 2 floors with low privacy and poor view from the room. Family room means sleeping in 1 basic bedroom. No private terrace. Upstairs no place to sit at your own room at all. Terrace at the bar is possible. The swimming pool is deep: adults cannot stand so swimming with small kids is not easy. Restaurant serves fixed dinners which are quite simple. Breakfast same thing. Bar closes at 22. Playing area is private (but available if you ask) The name resort and the price makes your think about an other level which is disappointing. More recommended for adventurers and hikers for a stay without kids in this set up.

This place is truly amazing. Nice rooms, quiet location and it has an amazing view over the valley. The rooms are divided into several houses between trees and lovely gardens across the property. We didn't use the nice pool, as we were travelling through. Dinner was exceptional, freshly made pasta with pesto sauce. The night was very quiet

The room we stayed in had two separate beds that were pushed together and the bed frame created an uncomfortable and hard bar between the matrasses. The last bit of the road is not paved, steep and curvy.. this was a challenge on my low clearance street motorcycle

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Liguria. The hotel is in the mountains located in a beautiful place! Very clean and tidy. The staff is amazing! Breakfast is very good! For sure I would recommend this place!

Mattresses were a bit hard

Surprised that property was so far from Levanto and final 1km on unpaved road Breakfast on terrace was nice. You needed to ask for extra eggs as not replenished. The pool was very nice, great to have a swim in late evening after a hot day

The staff was extremely friendly and gentle, really appreciate it. The cleaning was also exceptional as well as the whole structure very soigné and nice. The pool is beautiful and nice feature of this place

As many have already noticed , the main problem of this hotel is the road leading to it. I can immagine how much it may cost to cover a road with the asphalt but something there is a need to invent... Another negative point is for humidity, the room are very humid and there are some insects due to this.
