Tienen 3 piscinas, una techada y dos al aire libre, de esas 2, una es para niños (chapoteadero con tematica de bucaneros) y otra es para adultos.

Que no pude usar la piscina techada ya que estaba en mantenimiento.

The hotel is very nice, however looks dates and poorly maintained. The food is expensive and not a lot of variaety. We asked for a crib from the reserve and it was delivered just before 8pm, my daughter had to skip 1 nap because of that. The swiming pool from kids was disgustingly dirty, we couldn't see the bottom of the pool. The go-karts wasn't attended nor functioning. The rooms are fine, comfy and clean.

The swiming pools aren't cleaned during the night. The breakfast in the morning was missing a few things like sour cream, bread and eggs a la carte was not possible.

When I checked in I was told by the front staff my reservation wasn’t paid for but it was previously paid and it was a hassle to have to wait even longer to get a room.

I love this hotel but this time I was not as happy.

the sheets and towels smelled bad. The sheets are no longer being ironed. The sink was stuffed up, I do not understand how the cleaning lady did not report this to maintenance so we did not have to do it the next day. Please keep this hotel to the Marriott standards, it is sad to let it get worse in the upkeep.

We attended a destination wedding and the facility was exactly what was needed. The very interesting layout of the premises and the views from any room were phenomenal, The staff was always helpful and friendly. Our room was HUGE!

As a vegetarian, the food was mediocre.. Sometimes, finding a quiet place to sit became a bit of a struggle. The towels were a little more scratchy than I am accustomed to.

The staff were nice, the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was quite good.

The entire hotel, except for the newly refurbished lobby, feels very outdated. It is in desperate need of some attention, new coat of paint, the pool needs work (lots of missing tiles which can cut your feet!) and the restaurant also needs renovation. Overall it was ok but I wouldn't pay the same price to stay at this hotel again.

In general very poor customer service including the front desk manager really bad service to the guest, really bad experience at your property, we never Will comeback.

The staff is really kind and tries to make you feel speciall. Love the way they have to salute you, with their hand in the heart. A nice place for families, speacilly with children.

Still working on the maintenance after the pandemia. It has beautiful gardens and lots of outdoor areas worthed to help them restore them.

indoor pool needs maintenance and towels should be right there, not 3 floor down by the outdoor pool Buffet is expensive, we (6) went to eat outside in Downtown and it was excellent and half price!!

Really nice and big room, with a big bathroom and a really nice shower. Many different pools to swim in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty included breakfast (but we had to remember them, that it should be included as written at the booking side).

Pool area was not so clean and in generals the pool water was turbid and did not smell nice in the inside pool.

The hotel gardens are amazing, with a wonderful view, and the facilities really good.

Noisy hotel, if you are looking for a relax time probably this hotel is not going to be the best option.

Three pools, so you can choose.

The hotel is too spread out, very easy to loose yourself. The service at the restaurants too slow and the food was mediocre. It seems that the hotel has an identity crisis; most of it is decorated Mexican style, very nicely, but the lobby and entrance very modern, also nice.
