Attraversando appartamento di 140 m2 al sesto e ultimo piano con ascensore di una residenza sulle spiagge del Midi.
Lungomare e vista panoramica su tutta la baia di Cannes. Cinque minuti a piedi dal vecchio porto e meno di 10 minuti dal Palais des Festivals. Vicino ai negozi e al mercato di Fortville.
Parcheggio disponibile nelle vicinanze.
Grande terrazza di 22 m2 sul mare e due terrazze con balconi sul retro con splendida vista su Le Suquet (vecchia Cannes).
Accesso quasi diretto alla spiaggia.
Completamente rinnovato con wi-fi, TV a schermo piatto, aria condizionata nelle tre ampie camere da letto (tra 15 e 20 m2).
Ampio soggiorno di 60 m2.

Procedure. Only negatives: the equipments in the kitchen - pans etc.- are old and need to be renewed. Some equipment are missing. But overall very nice stay

Apartment was as advertised/pictured online. Directly across from beach, with fabulous sea views. Walkable to old town with many restaurants nearby. Host was gracious, responsive, and accommodating with unexpected late arrival due to delayed train. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We stayed at this apartment for 9 days. It was exactly as it was portrayed in the photographs. Light, airy, large and perfect for a family. Large balconies to sit on and eat and/or watch the sea. Very relaxing and central and easy to access the beach. The hosts were excellent and extremely helpful! We will be back!

Stayed at this apartment for 16 nights with my husband and teenage daughter. It is everything as advertised and then some! Location couldn’t be better directly across from beautiful beach (both public and private), view of Le Suquet from kitchen, just steps from cafes, bakeries, farmer’s market, grocery store, bars, restaurants and the port. Dine on the balcony under canopy overlooking the ocean. Truly idyllic! Air conditioned bedrooms and beautiful cross breeze through living room and kitchen. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Everything you could possibly want and very quiet…except on the nights you get a front row fireworks show from the balcony! Property owner and local caretaker both readily available and responsive. We’ll be back for sure!!!

Nous venons de passer LA semaine de vacances au bord de mer dont nous avions rêvée. Un vrai besoin de déconnexion indispensable après un début d'année difficile pour tout le monde.
Dans l'appartement, tout était parfait. La terrasse à couper le souffle, la propreté, les draps venant du pressing et les normes sanitaires respectées ... Merci à Jean-François, le propriétaire, pour sa réactivité et la communication constante très rassurante quand on réserve en ligne.
Un grand merci également à Jennifer pour son accueil très agréable et son professionnalisme.
Une adresse à recommander, on y reviendra pour sûr !

Stunning views to the Mediterranean Sea and also the back kitchen side to the scenic LeSuquet, tower and cathedral. Accommodating host, quick thorough communication. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Lovely landscaping. Great bakeries and restaurants within walking distances. Could use a few more bath, hand and dish towels.

Beachfront in Cannes
This is a superbly located property on the 6th floor overlooking the bay in Cannes. There is a roomy balcony with plenty of shade and seating where we enjoyed several morning and afternoon meals,. The property is literally a one minute walk to a public beach with great swimming and nestled between two beach-front restaurants which we enjoyed mid-week. The private and secured parking, a short walk from the apartment, was appreciated as parking is at a premium in Cannes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The owner is very accommodating and prompt in responding. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The perfect apartment
This was the perfect apartment for our family of 5. The view is amazing, even when sitting inside in the livingroom. The apartment provides everything you need, and it is modern and well furnished. We loved the blinds in the bedrooms btw!

Great Unit
This was a perfect place for two couples. While it has three bedrooms, for those who don't like sharing bathrooms, this is perfect. The layout was excellent, the bedrooms nice and the bathrooms were very good. The location is primo - overlooking the Med from the sixth floor, easily walkable to the heart of Cannes shopping and dining, and with a breath taking view of the ocean and beach. Only improvements would be in the kitchen equipment. Needed better wine glasses and coffee cups as well as some better knives. That was the only drawback. Would definately rent this again.

Lejligheden er renoveret i 2017 og rigtig dejlig. Meget rent. Super udlejer og modtagelse. Beliggenhed i centrum og ved både offentlig og betalingsstrand. Fantastisk udsigt over bugt og gammel bydel.
