Het was een erg vriendlijk ontvangst bij aankomst. Het personeel heeft ons de hele tijd vriendelijk geholpen. Ook bij kleine extra vragen zoals of ze de zonwering even konden laten zakken op het terras. Dat deed het meisje meteen en met een lach, en dat terwijl ze ook andere dingen aan het doen was. Het ontbijt is geweldig. Ruime keus. Locatie is zeer centraal gelegen tussen Hastings en St. Leonards.

All went well room good, loved the shower. Had breakfast & dinner in hotel very good for price. Location to close to pier disco banging till late.

Husband has walking & balance problems, lift very small but couldn’t have managed without it.

Location is great, opposite the pier. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfasts were excellent, good quality and excellent value. Parking was fine as we managed to get a space in the car park. Bay Spice Indian restaurant just down the road was great as was the Italian on the pier

It was a bit noisy, but it didn’t stop us from sleeping. The window in the room could be opened, but the tilt option wasn’t working. The lift is very snug!

Staff were very accommodating and down to earth! Showed me to my room and informed me of all things I needed to know! Great job! Very modern, secure and great views from spacious room!

Accessibility. Although there are lifts, there’s no ramp leading into the building. This made it difficult to enter. Once I struggled with the steps I had to use the patio doors and not the main entrance due to the doors being inadequate for entry with a pushchair.

It was delicious. I love avocado on toast.

Had a lovely stay for a few days at the hotel. Lovely food and the staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything you wanted to know. Would definitely stay again.

The lift was a bit shaky, wasn't sure if if was in the middle of being refurbished.
