Gezellig hotel met mooie tuin. Leuke lounge waar je kan ontspannen. Ruime parkeerplaats tegenover het hotel.
Ontbijtbuffet nogal chaotisch. Lange rij voor de enige koffiemachine. Restaurant gesloten en begin van de week maar paar restaurants open in het dorp.

The rather odd and distant service. The dinner staff were a farce and it all seemed rather chaotic. Breakfast ok but very salty. Disappointed.

El restaurante tiene un menú espectacular y un servicio genial.
Nuestra habitacion era la adaptada, estaba en la buhardilla, amplia pero con algunos detalles que echamos en falta..como asidero en la ducha, nos faltó una mesilla al lado de la cama y una lástima que, al ser buhardilla la ventana estuviera en el techo y no pudiéramos asomarnos .

The staff were fairly nice. The hotel is in the most central part of the small town. There is a lift to the upper level. The rooms are clean with a good size. The beds are comfortable and shower is good. The balcony is a nice place to have a tea in the morning......if they had tea-making facilities in the room. Good room to relax in after a hard day's hike.
Nothing much. We got it at a fair deal. but I wouldn't pay the higher prices for it. Would be nice to have tea-making facilities in the room.

Bit aged but very well-maintained hotel in Espot. Good location to visit Sant Maurici national park. The room was sparkling clean and spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was tasty with a good choice of local food. Big parking opposite the hotel is free for hotel guests.
The restaurant was closed for dinner (probably because of the low season).

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off twice - and went on for a very long time - I think when they were trying to light a fire in the fireplace near the reception. We were assured that it hadn't happened before - but it was hell while the noise lasted.

The staff was so helpful and made the stay really wonderful. We had to leave before breakfast and they were kind enough to set out fruit, pastries and coffee for us the night before.

The location is great, the staff excellent—welcoming and helpful, the common areas very comfortable, breakfast ample, coffee sublime, views wonderful.
The bathroom plumbing causes methane escape which is terrifically smelly and very unpleasant. If that was taken care of, the hotel would get my highest rating.
