Everything about our stay was great, reception staff very good and helpful, lovely room, breakfast basic Spanish but adequate added bonus of free car park.
Breakfast ! we were told 7.30 until 10, and by 10 o clock the staff wanted you finished and out and we felt intimidated, some people came in 09.45 and the staff were not happy, for us that was to early.

The people are friendly and supportive
The hotel is going through renovation and there was too much noise, especially in the morning. Renovation is needed, the hotel breathes the athmosphere of the 70's. Also the pool was closed.

This is an exceptional two star hotel. It has two dining rooms, a huge swimming pool and a large cafeteria. Dinner was delicious and beautifully presented.

Very tired room, Our room (309) was tiny for a twin and smelled. I think it may have been the cleaning agents used though.
The bathroom is in need of a refit’ It was clean but it looked dirty! We did not even use it as the water was coming out brown. The door did not shut either! I am sure other rooms would be fine!

There was pieces of toilet paper inside the glass that was cleaned. I almost drank it by mistake. Showed it to the manager. He was not bothered at all. The most disgusting hotel experience ever.

No fried or scrambled eggs for breakfast. Breakfast could be better for athletes.

The staff were really kind to us from the very first moment. They were flexible with lunch/dinner hours so that they could be adapted to our needs.
The house white wine is awesome, and the food (although it is not cheap) was outstanding.
