Beautiful well kept hotel with very comfortable room and amenities. Food and service from staff was excellent. The pool and jacuzzi was great addition to the stay.

The rooms are very nice and kind of spacious. The pool and the jacuzzis are great. In this time the pool was rented to a family with a birthday celebration. So, there were a lot of kids making noise. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind. In general this a very nice hotel. Maybe the best in Ibagué. It's a little pricey so the spectations are high

The air conditioning of the room is extremely old. Is one of those that lay on the floor. Very similar to those that used to be on the window but bigger. So it's very loud. The staff in general is kind but not in the restaurants. The service is slow, if you are lucky to be served, and nobody smiles. And the menu on the main restaurant is extremely limited.

The swimming pool is warm, great installations. The food is delicious. The staff very kind.

It took them to Long for taking our order in the Area of the swimming pool, also they forgot to bring our cutlery, we asked for it several times but it took them a while to bring them.

The facilities are very good There are three restaurants on site so you get plenty of options . All the food we ordered was delicious. Breakfast buffet were varied and nice. Pool and Jacuzzi were good.

We had to wait a long time for check in (1.5 hours) and also some time for the check out. The hotel requires to have more staff.

Old bathrooms, disorganized staff and kitchen. A housekeeper walked into my room without knocking and I was undressed.
