Quartos sujos, lençóis e toalhas com manchas amareladas, fronha rasgada. Banheiro com crostas de sujeira. No café da manhã com xícaras sujas, com marcas de batom. Café preto com gosto de queimado.. péssimo, anotado para não voltar mais lá.. não sei quem marca as estrelas, mas deve ser revisado ...

Shampoo it’s a basic need, shocking that the facilities didn’t offer any…

They changed my initial room because I needed a table to work, and the second one was much better, with a terrace with a great view.

Too unorganized. I changed my reservation dates, and they didn't know which parts were managed by Booking and which by the hotel. At the end, they wanted to charge me the extra day I didn't spend. Breakfast was nothing special, missed some standard options like scrambled eggs.

Excellent value for money Very good location just a few blocks from main streets and near to Police HQ Breakfast was good and the typical type found in Argentina with croissants, cheese and ham, coffee, orange juice, fruit, yogurt etc Aircon worked well Towels were nicely arranged which indicates a good attitude Hotel reception was being re-decorated which is good to see that a hotel spends money on such things All staff were friendly and helpful Had an iron which is not always the case in BA hotels

Shower in my room was a bit dark

The room was quite small and the furniture old.

Friendly staff, clean room (i.e. no hair, bugs or else), good though not best location (Centro is not the nicest Barrio).

Room would have needed complete remodeling 5 years ago. Broken pipe flooded the lobby one day.

Location. Price tag was good for the area. Receptionists were great.

A bit outdated. Smell in the bathroom was not good. Breakfast was simple (but I did not expect something extraordinary either).

Good Location , continental breakfast , wifi , Ac cold air and free secure garage available for hotel guest ( around the corner @5th floor level) . Also bus tours departing from the hotel every morning.

Shower water may take up to 10 min to get hotel. Only 1 Elevator available
