Friendly staff

Room and location of hotel were excellent.

The room was very spacious,lovely and clean,great balcony and view,good breakfast

Everything was really good

The one bedded apartment end room was clean , comfortable and had two thermostats to manage the aircon ( living area / bedroom). The size of the balcony was excellent and the view over the wooded area / camping site was quite nice. We had breakfast three of the mornings and this was also very good , however I would have liked fresh fruit juices and not “watery concentrate “. The housekeeping service from Tuesday- this morning 11/10/22 was first class and staff should be advised of this compliment please . The additional duvet and pillows were welcome as the mattress is firm however by putting the duvet under the bottom sheet improved this.

The accommodation, staff and stay in general was excellent. If I have to make some constructive comments I would add : As mentioned- breakfast was very good but if you improved the fruit juice to fresh / “not from concentrate “ varieties this would be better. The buffet dinner was disappointing - only ate at the hotel for one dinner meal so maybe we chose the wrong night to eat at the hotel. There was no sanitising solution in the sanitisers outside the lift areas . Ground , second or fourth - didn’t check other floors .

Bedroom floors needed sweeping more often.

-One-bedroom apartment is very big with big terrace, big TV and bed & pillows are very comfortable, good heating, good curtain and good kitchen for long stay -There was small fruit basket waiting for us in the room which is very nice touch from the hotel -Location is good, short walking distance to the beach with restaurants & bars -Easy & free parking around the hotel during this time of the year

-Key card that activates the electricity in the room. Make sure that the front desk extend your key otherwise there won't be any electricity in the middle of the night which happened to us. (we asked for 2nd key when we extended our stay)

Breakfast is excellent; the hotel is relatively recent and the decor is contemporary; everything is well kept; it's easy to find a parking spot nearby; beach and multiple restaurants within walking distance

Confortable, nice friendly staff, great service.

Needs a visitor eye place on room entrance door, so one can see who's knocking without having to open the door. Basic safety suggestion. Nevertheless this property is really nice and great location to spend a relaxing vacation.

There was no information that the restaurant was closed and that the restaurant was 400 m away in another Hotel.

Great and very comfortable apartment, with 2 rooms and 2 toilets. Staff was pleasant. A quiet area close to the beach. Good location.

Double rooms, we prefere twin rooms. Few pots and pans.

This is the friendliest, most efficient, most comfortable hotel in Monte Gordo, exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff.
