So tired decor. Difficult to flush the toilet Unstable and dirty refrigerator Kitchen cabinets dirty Metal hangers chlothes do not hang well one them. The maintenance of the hotel is terrible. Fitness center on the top floor. Weights hit the floor so you can't fall asleep until the station closes. Ridiculous.

The property lives and breathes by the tremendous friendliness of the staff and the people working there. No matter when and what you need… somebody will be there to help you in the most friendly way. The location is a 5 mins walk to the beach. Still it lies directly next to 2 streets. If you are a light sleeper better bring some ear plugs. The bed was a really really comfy bed where you can get a very good night sleep. On the terrasse we had sea view (with a street and some buildings in bewerten though. Also the rest of the apartment was clean but already some years old - you could see that. Definitely not a 4 star European standard. If you want to have 4-5 stars luxury rooms, it’s not for you. If you want to have 3-4 star decent and very reasonably priced rooms, then you’re right here. There was a built in safe in the closet which was easy to use and great for people who fear that something can get stolen. The breakfast was included and good for us. It’s a basic hotel breakfast and you get everything you need. There is also a gym, spa and Sauna in the hotel which is really nice. it costs 8 Euros per day if you want to use it. at the very top floor of the hotel there is a boxing and CrossFit Box which seemed to be free to use at certain times (at least during the time we were there). Parking is free all around the hotel.

I did not like the more worn out parts of the room. You could mostly see that in the kitchen and the bathroom(s). For our kind of trip it was ok but generally I would not like to see rust on the door knobs or the toilet waste baskets, small wholes behind the shower and so on. That’s not the standard that we expected. Like I said… the breakfast was decent but not special.

staff we’re really helpful specially the receptionist Abdul hadid helped us a lot during our stay, very friendly staff all round. property was clean spacious and had a really lovely view from the balcony. breakfast was pretty decent no complaints.

I stayed here as a remote working location and it turned out to be a great decision. The staff are super friendly, always smiling and helpful. There is a great gym you can use at a discounted price and also a bonus facility on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was nice and generally I liked everything about my appartment, it was like home away from home.

The air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't the best fit the first two days, when I alerted staff it was promoted fixed. Other than that, there was nothing to complain about.

Excellent breakfast.Large1bed apt. Daily cleaning n towels. Quite building.staff from reception, Joseph,Mo Mo,Siad,and Captain over cleaning.were outstanding. Nothing was a problem, everyone happy to help with daily questions. Burger bistro next door Excellent.

Small items need replacing in apps. Loo brush, cutlery,and new dishes glasses need replacing.

They are manipulating the price, for example, booking.com is one price but on the other hotel booking site is another price. You must pay an extra 8$ daily just to use a gym, which is non-sense. Breakfast is very poor

Large room, beautiful ocean view, very good breakfast. Ideal accommodation for car trips around Agadir. I've always had a parking space. Incredibly helpful staff. Thanks to Youssef for arranging all our requests.

Weak light in the bathroom. Some parts of the room could be repaired/painted.

The upgrade from studio to apartment was good. The hotel is clean, in a position 5 minutes walk from the promenade and Sofitel side of the beach. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast has an omelette station, changes its hot food, and has freshly squeezed orange juice. We will stay again.

There is little to not like because we returned to stay here for four more days before returning to UK.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was large and comfortable and was cleaned every day. The swimming pool was great as it had the sun for almost 5 to 6 hours a day in December!!

It would have been nice to have a restaurant in the hotel.

Huge apartment, beautiful views over Agadir Bay, and lovely staff - especially Moukhtar, whose smiles lit up the reception lobby! I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Everybody who works there shows great warmth and professionalism, and I look forward to returning again.

Bit of building work going on at the moment, but nothing too noisy or disruptive.

Very close to the beach with a nice view. spacious room with small kitchenette and huge balcony. staff were excellent and very nice. breakfast was excellent.

it’s close to the beach however there isn’t anything within walking distance such as grocery stores, restaurants etc. the room could use some updates

The reception staff were exceptional, especially Yousseff, he went out of his way to get us the bus tickets from Agadir to Marrakesh. they also gave a lot of help in where to go and what to see in agadir and also bargained for us with the taxi drivers.

having a microwave in the apartment would have been brilliant. Also, a washing machined and dishwasher would have been great. More cuttlery is also needed but they did have enough

We had a very nice stay. The breakfast is a buffet with maybe not such a huge choice but large enough - everything was really tasty and we enjoyed.

everything. we arrived late at night and got upgraded to an apartment which was beautiful. the beds were comfortable and the pillows were proper hotel pillows. our room was cleaned every morning, fresh towels and amenities were replaced. the breakfast was fresh every morning. my partner isn’t normally a breakfast person but he loved the fresh omelettes. Youssef and Mouhtarik are exceptional and helped us with everything we needed. the location was perfect, close to everything and within walking distance. would highly recommend the burger place next door. burgers were gorge!
