Dommage que la grande piscine soit mal entretenue elle était trouble et laiteuse et le tour des margelles pas très propre ! Sinon la petite piscine était impeccable !
Dommage aussi qu’il n’y est pas de kit de produits de toilette brosse à dent , peigne et rasoir , coton un minimum au prix de la chambre, un détail mais important !

Great location to walk everywhere. Nicely designed hotel. Their foundation does very interesting work. Very friendly staff.

The staff was absolutely exceptional. From the General Manager Ewan who greeted us on arrival, spoke to us throughout the stay and the best overall my villa butler: "Son". I really wanted to take "Son" home with me, Son was always there when I needed him and even when I didn't need him, he was there. All of the hotel employees were so pleasant, with warm salutations each time we passed by made us feel at home. They even sang me happy birthday and gave me a cake. My private pool villa was just gorgeous, the space was huge and the pool was amazing. The value of every thing was perfect. I visited during the New Year which was pretty cool to experience. The hotel's Tuk Tuk driver Mr. Tong was also great. I shared my visit to Siem Reap on my social media stories and everyone knew Son by name, kept asking for him and couldn't wait to see him.
I can't wait to bring a group of travelers back to stay at Shinta Mani.
There was nothing that I didn't like, everything was just prefect and made my birthday trip amazing.

Breakfast was spectacular -easily the best we've had anywhere in the world and my husband and I travel a great deal. This hotel far exceeded our expectations - the value for money was incredible but absolutely everything about it is worth praising. The staff, the hotel itself, the beautiful pool area, and the quiet efficiency - all superb. In fact, it has actually spoiled our experiences elsewhere as it has now become the new benchmark for excellence.

Breakfast is a mix of A la carte and buffet. Nice selection of food, very simple but exceptionally wholesome. Lovely location to sit outside and watch the world go by, whilst enjoying a coffee and a croissant.

Warm and attentive personal staff for the villa. We had Grace who was pleasant and efficient.
Villa was beautiful and well maintained after Covid.
Spa staff were also well skilled and restaurant staff were warm and friendly.
As it was rainy season, it was difficult to eat comfortably in the villa as the tables were all outdoor at the pool as well as at the roof top terrace.

All the staff are really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The staff brought a cake for us as we celebrate our wedding anniversary. They also provide us a bottle of champagne.
