Fantastic location only 50 meters from the ski lift. Good food. Beautiful views. Clean rooms. Staff very pleasant and eager to be helpful.

Noise noise noise. Could hear the neighbors in the room next door, kids playing in the room below, music blasting from speakers right outside our room. Had to wear noise cancelling headphones during a massage and ear plugs to sleep. Such a shame as everything else in this hotel was great.

it was wonderful time in this hotel! all staff were very kind and attentive! And how beautifully the dishes are served in the restaurant and a very tasty and varied breakfast! Near the restaurant is playing room for children, it is very comfortable when you sit in restaurant and your children are playing there! In this hotel feels like home! And they are very kind to dogs. The service is perfect and people who work there are perfect too!!! before our arrival they sent us all necessary information (about ski school, parking and others). The ski lift is right at the hotel, also a DJ is playing in the bar on the street closer to 5 pm and it's very cozy. we travel a lot, and this is first time when we so delighted with the staff! thank you so much for everything! we are glad to share with you our family trip

i had difficulties getting to the shower tap itself due to the fixed screen. Also the shower didn’t have good enough settings to engage the rain or wall shower properly so I often had an unwanted drenching

The location of the Hotel was excellent. the food in the evening was very very good and the Hotel was small enough to feel intimate yet had great facilities.

The one criticism I had was of some of the staff who were disinterested. Sometimes staff on the desk did not look up or leave their mobile phones as I walked in or out so I was not greeted with Hello or Goodbye. The front of house should be the centre of the Hotel and staff should always be ready to help and say hello.

There was a very noisy group of people partying (company get away), which kept us awake 2 nights, of which one until 4 am. We had a room above the bar at second floor. Recommend to request rooms far away from the bar.

The hotel had a great atmosphere and a lovely decor. The food was food.

It was noisy in the evenings. We had a room above the restaurant and bar and the music was very loud until midnight so we had to wear ear plugs to get to sleep. I fear if the hotel promotes the party aspect of it too much or won’t be appropriate for families in the future as it will be too loud for children to get to sleep. It was newly opened when we stayed and there were mainly families there but we spoke to staff in the bar area who said the owner was trying to make it more of a ‘party hotel’ which I’d say would deter families from staying which is a shame as skiing is such a family activity in the school holidays. Maybe it can be more of a party place when the children are at school during term time?!
