Pleasant and attentive service. Clean, comfortable room.

The floor creaks very loudly. I woke up at night because someone was walking in the next room. Also, I heard all that was going on in the next room. Therefore, I can't recommend this hotel.

Location is awesome.

Booked two rooms with friend. Both bookings were confirmed. But as a result one of rooms was busy by previous tenant. For some reason it was allowed to extend the booking by her/him despite the same room was booked by my friend. As a result friend was suggested to book another room with +50% price. My room was not so clean. A carpet near a bed had some trash.

Very well positioned and comfortable structure in central Dnipro. Room was big and bathroom too, comfortable bed (memory foam) and good bedding. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Staff interactions professional, overall smooth despite a little confusion at the beginning. Checked out early in the morning. Complimentary bottle of water.

The structure of the building is a bit labyrinthine and there does not seem to be a lift, so mind if you have heavy luggage (also note I had not asked for the lift so there might be one). Mi I had a room on the 4th floor and that likely affected the water pressure, which was not great. There was a little confusion with my booking (the hotel had two for two different durations), but we sorted that out in the end.

Comfortable bed, exceptionally clean room, laundry service(for extra pay, but clothes were dry and packed in cool way :) ), iron/ironing table(for free); friendly and helpful staff

2nd floor and no elevator; there is a club somewhere nearby(was unable to figure out where exactly - so it is _not_ in the same building for sure) - and windows(which are good enough - I did not hear any sound from cars passing by) did not suppressed sound completely

I didn’t like that maid was combining her role with hostess. Since maids have no idea about the customer service even being very helpful still this kind of face of this facility is not something you expect to see. Especially when they are not able to find your booking or you are not able to find her looking around all the rooms as she is cleaning and so on. However the ladies tried to be as polite as they can so the experience wasn’t really bad. Besides the bad is too soft and not comfortable. Other than that all else looked good and clean.
