Персонал и номер:
1. Безупречная круглосуточная работа рецепшина, сотрудники которого готовы были решить и решали любую возникающую проблему.
2. Безукоризненная работа горничных, которые всей бригадой ежедневно быстро и идеально убрали номер. Подметание, влажная уборка пола, протирание от пыли всех поверхностей, ежедневная заправка кровати и регулярная замена постельных принадлежностей. Ежедневная смена полотенец и предоставление бесплатных туалетно-косметических принадлежностей и питьевой воды. За 27 ночей трижды меняли штору в ванной комнате.
Пляж:
После нашего с супругом письменного обращения к Mr. Sophon Suwannarat Governor of Phuket Province с Surin Beach были убраны шезлонги, мешающие хорошему отдыху туристов, и Surin Beach вновь засиял своей красотой.
P.S. Прикрепляем две фотографии вида Surin Beach: как было и как стало после нашего обращения к Губернатору.
Несоблюдение техническим персоналом:
1. Регулярного регламента чистки кондиционера, что привело к засору системы слива конденсата и создало опасность падения на мокром полу.
2. Неправильная регулировка доводчиков входных дверей в номера, что вызывало сильное хлопанье дверей и создавало иллюзию плохой звукоизоляции.

Loved our stay at Surin place! Good value for money being very close to the beach (only a 2 min walk), which is the real attraction here, Surin beach is so beautiful. The bed was comfy and the aircon worked very well.
Some of the hotel looks a bit older and the breakfast was pretty average but other than that a lovely place to stay.

Hotel is very close to the beach, and the staff are absolutely lovely. Such good value for money.
Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Bathroom could use modernising, but was ok. You’re only giving one room key so you’re not able to have the air con on all the time - hard to keep the room cool.

Very nice and friendly staff, owners have 2 restaurants in the surrounding and we ate there every day, they also gave us discount on food. Rooms were nice and clean, close to the shop and beach. Everything was perfect.

Location at 5 min from Surin beach. Cleaning and towels everyday. Small swimming pool ideal after the beach. Strong wifi and AC. Minibar with beer. Balcony. Ok breakfast. Black out curtains
Small sofa, just enough to sit, not to lay down. Shared WiFi with all the people, which is a privacy concern. Lighting could be better.

You get what you pay for, however even paying a little extra for a poolside room was not great. very basic.
The rooms were basic.
The shower/bath was unstable.
The pool was in the shade all day and not very clean.
Empty hotel- staff were not accommodating, breakfast was poor.

The room was spacious and clean. Everyone working there was very helpful. It was convenient having the restaurant there. Breakfast was good. My room had large windows, very bright. I had a small balcony that was very nice to sit out on and watch the sunrise.
The shower was a little awkward to use, a hose with a shower head hand held. Not terrible, just not easy to use.

Very close to the beach and restaurants.
The room itself felt dirty, dusty, outdated. The sheets were stained and i found other persons hair between the sheets, the bathroom was smelling of sewers.

The pool was clean. Access to the pool from the room was nice. Tuk Tuk to the beach restaurant was great.
One block to family mart grocery.
The beds and pillow were hard. No hot water.
Weird window between living area and bathroom.

The staff are lovely, polite, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Nothing,Just no breakfast because of COVID 19 many the hotel around here not open.

Place is 5 mins from beach and nicely decorated, big room next to the pool (which is salt water by the way not a negative just thought to point it out).
Offers free shuttle to restaurant as is not on sight but you get 10% off food bill too which we thought was great as the food is already street-food cheap!! And really tasty!
Also has a bath which was so nice travelling in cheap hostels for 4 months a bath was a real treat!
Air con leaks a bit but it didn’t bother us and didn’t tell anyone so can’t moan :)

There was no hairdryer in the room.
