Staff and amazing, clean and elegant hotel. Nice sauna. Great location

The staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient and we've never had such prompt roof-top service. The roof top is perfect, various areas in sun or shade. Our room was gorgeous and the bed really comfortable. The dining area is beautiful with delicious breakfast eggs cooked to order. The welcome drinks and bottle of cava were much appreciated.
There was absolutely nothing about our 3 day stay that we didn't like.

Perfectly located in the old city near shopping and restaurants. Absolutely marvelous service from the staff! Second to none! Great breakfast and dinner. We had a great stay here. For the second time!

The location was so cute and pretty with amazing amenities and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and upgraded us to a nicer room unprompted. By far my favorite place I stayed at in Spain, both in aesthetics and functionality. The shower was SO nice.

A really beautiful hotel, the building is 500 years old but has been restored beautifully - staff where all really lovely and they couldn't do enough to make our stay very welcoming.

We were met on arrival by Vincent who helped with parking and baggage. Amazing service and friendly staff from start to finish. Location and facilities are great!

I loved everything about this place, from the car pickup (I recommend paying the $54 for this) to arrival, to booking extra services like massage and the spa. The breakfast was great, and had omelettes made by a wonderful chef on the spot for you.
There seemed to be an understaffed problem in the dining area for dinner and also breakfast. On our last day we didn’t even get asked if we wanted an omelette bc the staff was so busy. One more waiter/waitress would have been nice to make it feel like the staff wasn’t stressed out. The only negative I have to say about this wonderful place!

it was historical and beautiful. Rooms were large and clean. staff was absolutely amazing! especially Laura! she really took the time to make sure I was settled in, comfortable and had everything I needed - especially since I was traveling by myself. the restaurant was excellent.

Parking is off site but the staff was very helpful in directing us there and even took pictures of our license plate to ensure we don’t get ticketed. The staff were all so helpful and available 24/7. The property design is just stunning. Perfect balance of old city with modern comfort. I have zero complaints.
Everything was perfect! Impeccable hospitality with not only a welcome drink but they even offered us complimentary drinks on our second day when we were waiting in the lobby. Complimentary water in the rooms is always appreciated too. Will stay here again and highly recommend it!

A unique experience staying at PosadaTS, we felt every detail was beautifully considered, from the decor to the service. The hotel is situated at the centre of Palma yet in a more private area of the city, less touristy. Thank you to all the welcoming stuff for their impeccable manners and for making our stay unforgettable.
